Anyways, almost everyone here is trying to earn a bit of cash. I joined to earn extra bucks to save up for stuff I want to buy. I will be honest, my parents do provide me with almost everything I need. But, I wanted to buy stuff which I think would be better if I saved up for it. Since, it wasn't right to be always asking money or things from my parents. So, I started to earn a bit and buy what I wanted.
How about you guys?

What made me start in earning online is my curiosity most basically. I was curious on how these things go so i tried and one year of being a member on many online paying sites but i haven't seen the fun of it, most of the year i was inactive though so i have an excuse for not earning. Bu when i got back i saw that my earnings are nearing the payout, that made me pursue earning little amounts online and what made me even stay longer is the payout that i receive and seeing my pyapal account have money, from zero to $1 to many more dollars, well i'm not gonna tell you how much i have earned but it's enough already to keep me stay longer with this kind of business.

Before I continue with my comments. I want to appreciate you in your principles in life. Because besides being sustainable by your parents. You think to stand by your own to buy what you like...

Thank you for your kinds words. Well, earning online hasn't been a big earner though. I really do need the extra cash, why? Because I plan to save it up and buy my self a new laptop since my old one is soon to go die. And I think my parents could buy it for me but, I could actually give a little so it won't be that hard on them.
Good Luck on earning as well. Happy Mylotting.

I think it's my desire to not work for money. When I saw lots of screen shots of checks or paypal from people making money online, I also want to be like them. If im receiving those amounts of money already I'd be rich and not have to work for anyone.

hey Jacob, since I was my mothers fave, same as you I was provided with everything. I feel princess since I was little and unfortunately our life now has changed. My mother is an OFW and now is affected with her income because of the effect of the ecenomy and Last year when I graduated from Nursing last year haven't got work since now
So when I joined for a seminar/training on 911 last week and I was encouraged by our instructor straight from Cebu to joined such online sites which you can earn money. and that when I started to be active on these sites. Although I haven't got my earnings yet but I will work on this as hard so that my lot could go up..

Well, I am not my mother's favorite totally. Both my parents treat my sister and me the same way. Well, nursing is a good course to take, but sadly hiring now is really slow because of the over population of nurses at the moment. Well, good thing you tried your hand on earning online. If you wish I could also help you out earning online with other sites I have.
Let me know.

I am unable to work as I am sick so I try to make some money online. When I first started I thought it would be easy but I do not make much. Still every little bit helps. I do surveys as well. Some pay in shopping vouchers, some in money but any little bit helps.

My husband and I used to work from home, and also used the internet to supplement our income. In the last few years, we stopped working from home, and now, after having our son, I stay at home. I hope to earn a little bit here and there, but I am unable to do too much with housework, taking care of and teaching my son, and doing other tasks. I take some surveys as well, get a little cash and random things like giftcards, prizes and samples.

In our quest to be financially indepedent we look for various means to earn online and offline. Since earning online takes less of your time and there lots of money to be made online than most paid jobs i decided to start looking for ways to earn online. Presently am enjoying getting information from mylot on how to earn online as well as making extra money for my contribution to the site. With the money you earn online you can afford to pay some bills as soon as you make enough to cashout from any making money online scheme you are into.

My online question about earning online is this, how can you earn enough to pay some bills? Here on mylot I only earn a few pennies everyday. But, I can never sour gripe about it since all we do is discuss and this is for free yet we earn and get paid for it.

Why are you earnings too poor? Well, to be honest, earning per day in cents is pretty low. But, you can never complain because since it is free and all you need to do is to type and discuss stuff, right?

Everyone should actually be wary about some sites. As some people say "If it is too good to be true, stay away" I too got scammed once by a site, to make the story short it has been 6 months and I have never gotten my pay.

I am not good with money. Most of the time i am broke because i finish up my allowance really fast. But i thought about online earning only because i badly wanted to buy an acoustic guitar and i could never ask my parents for extra money.

It seems our reasons are quite the same,I only have my mother to raise me so I'm trying to help her in our expenses. When your growing up you see your parents trying their best to give you everything that you need even though they only sleep for how many hours a day, wake up very early, come home very late and when they are at home they would still take care of you... It's a bit embarrassing and guilt is starting to gnaw on me so that's why I'm trying everything just to earn extra money for our expenses and i think the internet can help me with it. But beware of those who are trying to scam us! I think almost 90 percent of those sites are fake....

A good thought from you. Helping out with expenses since, you have only your mother to support you is a noble deed. I know that most sites are scams, but I do have sites which I have been for a few months and have been paid by them. If you wish we could trade sites.

I wanted to earn some extra cash to pay for my "want" stuff, like my netbook, vacations and all those not really necessary stuff. I started around 2 years ago, and I've been earning ever since. Earnings may not be consistent every month, but all earnings, no matter how small can really add up to something.

Yes, the Want stuff is very very tempting. And I do 100% agree that even pennies is of great value, you add it up and it will turn into hundreds. Thank you for sharing. Happy Mylotting.

That's a good reason to try earning a few extra pennies online :)
For me, it's more because I left full-time work to be a student again (from home with the OU full-time for a Psychology degree). It was scary leaving work and living off my savings, so I hope that 'every little helps' and doing a few things online makes me feel like I'm doing something even if it's not earning me much. I'd like a part time job but it's been difficult as there's nothing around where I live, and my parents and I have been trying to move for a little while. I'd like to find more online opportunities, but so far surveys haven't been too bad, just a lot of time and effort for not the occasional voucher!

I can not really work at the moment, since I am studying. And I think earning online is a good source of income that could help you get those "want" stuffs or help out during those "rainy" days.

Frankly it is only been about 3 weeks since i joined and I forgot how i got to know mylot. It was in late december that i started looking for ways to earn some extra bucks, but having tried some survey sites (most are scams), i think I might have chanced upon a youtube video talking about mylot, and I took the plunge. The rest as they say, is history.

i started to find earning opportunities online because of course i have financial problems and i need to cope up with it. although i have a job it is still not enough to cover up for our family's expenses. i hope that i will be able to find a money-generating opportunity online aside from mylot. hope you guys could help me.

Some people join because of the fun of it and some do truly need the money. And I must say that having a family is hard and very taxing to the pockets. Well, if you want I could help you out and share some sites which I earn online as well. Let me know if you want.
