haha =D Dun go for diet pills. They are useless. At the end of it, they will still require to watch your diet, and exercise, in order for the pill to achieve maximum effect.. lol =D I would rather u exercise more regularly, because it does u more good than harm in the long run. Though u might not be able to lose weight, but your health is definitely improving.. haha =D DO drink more water and get enough of sleep. That will help u losing weight.. haha

Hi dear,
In fact, I wanted to tell you to not to go for it. Many are advised that once in a while you can depend on it. However, after getting the tablets in your hands you are asking this question means, no point. Any way you paid and purchased. So, nothing to worry, try it out as per the instructions. These tablets are intended to reduce weight, it will work and you may come out of the weight also.
You may be observing the lose weight with a specific time period and suppose, reduced weight of 5 kgs. 2-3 months. Assume that you come down from 70 to 65, and in this case, you can now keep up with the 65 to 60 by controlling it. Once you continue to use the tablets for 1 month, you can stop it and you reduced by 5-7 kgs.
Now what you do is, go for gym, and food control, (diet) and physical exercise etc. I mean to say, don’t continue the diet pill and by controlling food and physical exercise, maintain your body weight properly. Once you reached your required weight level, avoid continuing the pills.
Even if there is some side effects, it will not harm you or continue forever. Once you are in line with good food and exercise procedure, your side effects (if any) will rectify. Also, mean time you can continue use orange juices (if available) and other fruits and green vegs. can be used. Heavy food, red meat, egg (yellow) etc can be reduced and sweet and milk products also can be reduced. Fried and oil food also reduce.
However, from the photo, you don’t look bad at all. If this is the figure and shape, you need not worry, only proper maintenance can make you more beautiful and attractive.
Thank-s

Hi dear,
Thanks for the BR and I am sure that you can reduce the weight through your efforts. I saw one photo 'summer time'. I think that is the one you are referring to. However, if you find comfortable with your weight, it is alright and find need to reduce, you can go for the appropriate one which you prefers. If you got a latest photo, update on the avatar or photo category.
Thank-s

I have tried several diet pills but none of them worked for me. All of them give the same side effect which was the nauseas, throwing up and weakness, no matter what part of the day I took it, whether it be breakfast or lunch, with or without food.
My assumption was maybe it was something the pills contained that maybe I was allergic to it, so I just gave up on the I figured there is no point in wasting anymore of my money.
I personally wouldn't even bother with, but everyone is different. So I wish you the best of luck.

Good Luck, I am glad to hear it is working for you and they are effective, I wish they wouldn've worked for, but my doctor told me that maybe it is something that the pills contain, I might be allergic to and that is why I got the reaction I got.

i think if you really want to lose weight, doing it naturally will be the best way rather than using the diet pills... i have heard many stories about the side effects caused by these pills and they are not good for your health and body as well... exercising and keeping a balanced diet with your food is the best way to lose weight.... take care and have a nice day...

I should think diet pills would have side effects...the best way to loose weight is to excersice! even walking 20 minutes a day would make a difference...avoid fatty foods, eat regularly [ 3 meals a day] that will keep your metabolism going and snack on fruit...don't skip breakfast that is important! but most of all never go hungry because if you do you will then eat any thing on sight!

It's actually no big secret as to how to maintain one's weight. Just eat sensibly and exercise regularly. Don't ever go on a diet; meaning starve yourself as this would send a signal to your brain that there might be a famine and your body would go on starvation mode and will hold on to whatever fat there is resulting in a difficulty to lose weight.
Taking diet pills is highly unrecommended. Because even though you might lose weight, it won't be permanent and you'll end up having to take the pills forever to keep your weight down. Once you stop taking the pills, you'll gain all the weight that you've lost and even gained more than before you took the pills.
The best way to lose weight is just to change your lifestyle. Instead of snacking on chocolates and candies, eat fruits. Instead of soda, drink water. It's only through sensible eating habits can you accomplish permanent weight loss. There's no magic bullet.

I have tried a few diet pills and they never seemed to work. There are side effects from most of them and they are expensive. The weight you gained might have been muscle if you were exercising before. The best thing to do is learn more about your diet and exercise more and burn off more than you eat. I have found it very helpful to keep a food journal and keep track of the calories you consume. Since you have already bought the pills I would try them but not purchase them again. Remember muscle weighs more than fat and if you keep at it something has got to happen! GOOD LUCK1

the one that i bought is not expensive because if it is, i will not buy it LOL! and its made of herbs 100% and a lot of my co worker uses it. so im a bit confident that these pills is safe though i know that all meds out there have side effects. and so far i dont feel different right after taking the pills.

I have no idea about those diet pills. But you should be cautious, there are still a lot of those scams on pills that help you reduce 20 pounds less than a month or 40 pounds within a certain period of days. Watch out, and consider some offer just too good to be true. So, you should know better about your own body. I would suggest you to work harder in a gym, and you should see the effect gradually.

There are always side effects of whatever pill you take it may be diet pills or supplementary pills if not properly used as what is on the instruction. I also take in diet pills and so far it's working. I shed off some 10lbs in just 2 weeks, however, I feel dizzy sometimes and my discharges are enormous than normal - if you call it side effects. I think side effects may vary from person to person, I've known somebody who used the same pill as mine said she had frequent bowel movements. I guess gaining 5 kilos is not that much to worry if your BMI is not over than what is normal for you. And before taking any diet pills you should consult a doctor or a dietician so you could also see other options; and take some test because some pills might content chemicals which you are allergic of. And furthermore, there might be contents that will complicate undetected illnesses.

I tried it before, along with exercise and proper diet, I lose a lot of weight.
I got sick and I have to stop it but that is not because of the diet pills.
However, after stopping I wasn't able to back to my old routine so I gain double than what I was before taking it.
I tried another one of diet pills, and I started to get allergies.
I mean everyday allergies. I thought it was just because of the cold weather or something that I wear but it wasn't that normal. I just thank God that my allergies were gone after stopping taking the diet pills like for 4mos.
My brother lose weight after 2 weeks of proper diet and exercise. I still believe we should go for a natural way of losing weight. My brother eat not just small amount but he removed fried, fatty oils from his food. He usually eat boiled chicken fillet or steamed with some vegetables. He's eating every 3hrs since he don't take in rice.
There were lots of changes on his diet and after 2weeks of doing that and exercise he lose a lot of weight. I'm doing my best to be on track as well, dance pad and sauna suit helps me a lot exercising.
It takes time to lose weight. Ask for an expert opinion about your meal and continue your exercise. I think that's the best way to do it. :)

Loosing weight too fast is not good for your body, and is terrible on your heart. Diet pills can sometimes have this effect. Just remember, that just because someone is skinny, doesn't mean they are healthy! Weight loss should be gradual, and you should be getting all of your nutritional requirements from eating moderate healthy portions, of food.

Almost all diet pills have some side effect depending on what the ingredients are. I haven't found a diet pill that works for me yet. I have given up on over the counter pills.
I am trying to work on eating smaller meals and snacking less. Portion control. I am also learning to make sure I have vegetables every day.
I am drinking more water and less pop.
The thing I have the hardest time with is exercise. I just can't make myself do it!
I don't believe you will ever find a miracle cure in a bottle.

carrine,
I know for a fact that all sorts of medications have side effects on all of us and diet pills are no exception.
So, I hope that you are not taking the pills without watchful eyes and professional consultations. You will also need to do your homework getting to know these pills in depth like the manufacturer, instructions, allergies (if any) and most of all the composition. Checking the pills composition is very important where you will need to look out for banned and/or dangerous chemicals which might bring about dire consequences to your body and health.
Lastly, as all of us are built differently and hence, the tolerance of our bodies will be different. You will need to keep a comprehensive tab on yourself starting with your overall reaction throughout the course of medication. Please do not hesitate to stop when you find yourself at odds.
Take care.

It depends on what the pill is designed to do. If it is designed to "raise your metebolism" then you might expect to find harsh stimulants in it such as a high dose of caffeine or variations of ephedra. This will artificially stimulate your body to burn more calories at rest than normal. Side effects you might experience could include racing heart beat/ high pulse rate, shaking, excessive sweating and anxiety. These pills can often put additional strain on your adrenal glands which in most people are overloaded as it is and they won't be able to keep up, causing you to shake or feel very run down afterwards.
If the pill is designed to be an appetite suppressant you might indeed eat less, but you must make sure that what you do eat is very healthy or your body will not get what it needs since you are eating less volume and you will be more unhealthy for it.
My advice is to avoid diet pills and instead become more knowledgeable about nutrition and what your body needs. Stick to whole foods such as fresh vegetables and brown rice and you will probably lose some weight. Unhealthy food is harder for your body to process and "clogs up" your systems sometimes, making losing weight difficult.

yah i agree with you!
but i myself is aware all of those stuff. so i am observing also what would be the results and also what would i feel during the span of time that im taking the pill. if i can feel that there's something wrong then ill stop. as simple as that.
