So it is going to be one wet summer this year...

According to Pag-asa (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration), the country will expect a short and wet summer this year. This is due to the La Nina phenomenon affecting the country. So soon? Summer is supposed to be fun and sunny, not rainy. I guess this is the way Mother Nature gets back to us for abusing her. How can we enjoy summer if it is raining?

Too bad for me because I have already booked my family a ticket to Boracay this February. I hope we'd still be able to enjoy there. I hope La Nina changes her mind LOL. Seriously, our weather here in the Philippines is in havoc. It's all mixed up now. We will just have to get used to Mother Nature's changing moods. No matter what, let's still enjoy summer and look forward to bonding moments with friends and loved ones. Cheers!

Ive also booked our family to Davao this March. I hope the weather would be fine. I remember the first time we went to Boracay. It was June. We really didn't enjoy it that much because it's too windy. It's a good time though for para sailing and wind surfing. I hope you enjoy your time in Boracay. Enjoy your summer!

From what i heard on the news, summer will only be short because it will became rainy. But still we can't be sure of that. No one knows, it may be a nice summer.

It has been raining for the past two days now. Fortunately today, the sun is out. I hope it would be sunny when we'll have our Davao trip this summer.

Well I think for as long as the rains would not be as strong as what we are all experiencing it is fine with me. I think Rain in the middle of summer would be a blessing since our summer is sometimes very hot and a mild showers in between would just be good. I think it would be a very humid summer and not hot and dry summer.

Our farmers would be happy for the rain in summer. Unfortunately, for our brothers in Albay and Sorsogon province, they have experience flooding early this month. I sure wish we wouldn't experience another Ondoy here in Manila.

I love staying at home and yes, as long as it's not heavy storms --- I admit that I do love rainy weather (a close second to my favorite weather, CLOUDY). Sorry to rain on your parade (and pardon the cheesy segue), but I'm one of the few people who wishes it will rain all summer long. Happy Summer!
