It seems some of the ptc sign ups are the worst at this. YOu fill out the information then you have to click you've read and understand the terms of service. But when you click on the terms of service it opens in the same window... which means all the information you entered before is gone when you go back! Ugh!
I hope one day the sites will fix it - it is such a simple thing to click "open in another window" when they are setting it up...oh well. we can hope!
