i am new in this web and registerred for new i dont know what to do in this? i dont know for what they are payinh please help me that they are scam or not and howw they pay us and what should i do to get paid from them. please tell thank you in advance

I joined sometime ago and had to stop it because, like you, I could not understand it. However, it seems to be legit if you know how. As I understand it now, the thing you need to actually do would be to get lots of referrals.
