Hi
I was wondering if anyone knew how to find out what resauraunts will accept the restauraunt.com gift cards? I would like to get one but I am not sure how to find out which restauraunts participate, do I just go to restauraunt.com to find out or is there another site?

Thank you very much, I appreciate that. I looked it up and I see that a lot of the restauraunts available in my area I've heard of but never been to, or have never heard of. I may type in another zip code to see what comes up!

Happy to help!
Sounds like the perfect gift too. We don't have them over here (as far as I know).

I think it does sound like the perfect gift as well, or just a nice little thing to get to treat yourself! That's what I plan to do! I am not sure where restaurant.com is actually located, probably here in the USA but they should expand to allow them in other countries like Italy as well!

I've just always gone on Restaurant.com and looked up what restaurants are near me by my zipcode. It's always worked for me. And I only buy the gift cards when they are on sale for 70% or 80% off.
Gotta pinch them pennies...
Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

That's a good idea to check the website. I think I just got an email yesterday saying they were 70% off through tomorrow.

I believe you just go to their site. However, I don't buy gc's from there because I have never heard of any of the restaurants on that site. Any of the local ones I'd patron are not listed so I don't bother.

Yeah it seems like there not very many around here that I would go to either. I saw a gc as a prize on swagbucks and that is why I was considering it. Thanks for the information!

Just go to restaurants.com and then type in your zip code and then how many miles you are willing to go and then it will bring up a list that is alphabetical that you can look at. It is pretty easy to do, and you will find ones right in your area or outside of your area what ever you choose. There are a lot of pizza places in our area on restaurant.com.

Okay thanks for that info. I looked at there weren't many restaraunts I was interested in. I was considering getting a restaurant.com giftcard from swagbucks, but someone tells me it has to be the exact restaurant.com giftcard for an exact restaurant if that make sense.

I would assume if you have a restaurant card...the restaurant probably does except gift cards..that's usually the way it works. Still not sure? Call the restaurant, ask for the manager, get his name...date and time you called and then head to the restaurant. If they give you problems, ask for the manager.

I was talking about a restaurant.com gift card that's not specific to a given restaraunt but rather is generic and only certain restaraunts will accept.

You just go to www.restaurant.com and search with your city or zip code. It will only bring up the restaurants that allow them. You have to buy your gift certificate specifically for that restaurant. Hope this helps! Restaurant.com is great! I've bought tons of gift certificates from them.

I was wondering if you had to specifically buy a giftcard for that specific restauraunt, that's no good. I've seen them I believe at stores, and I've seen the gift cards on swagbucks, so I wonder what restaurant that gift card is for? I don't think it said but didn't pay much attention either. Thanks for letting me know.

Are you familiar with www.points.com? They let you redeem gift cards. You might check and see if you could exchange your card for another or something. Why doesn't the restaurant.com site tell you which ones allow it? You would certainly think so.

Restaurant.com is just a website that offers gift cards for different restaurants. The link above provides how to find which restaurants in you area use these gift cards, and I was looking at getting one from swagbucks.com, but as a gift you could probably find this gift card at the grocery store.
