You can only use amazon gift cards at amazon. You can not use them to buy other gift cards, yep I am that person I already checked. The good news though is amazon has other companies that sell on their site like target, disneystore.com plus private sellers. If you get something that is through amazon you can get free shipping if it is over $25 I use that feature a lot as I hate to pay shipping. If it is sold on amazon by someone else you will have to pay shipping but gift cards work for shipping costs also. I earned $90 for Christmas gifts through amazon and was able to get some things for my daughter from disneystore.com that I wanted. I just cashed in another $60 for birthday presents for my daughter. It seems like there are many sites that you can earn amazon gift cards and earn them pretty quickly. That is really what got me shopping on amazon cause if it is free it is for me.

i don't think we can use the amazon gift card in any other site because it is specifically designed for amazon... just like any gift card, it can only be used for a specific store it is designed for... this is what i think... take care and have a nice day...

Amazon.com gift cards are only redeemable at amazon.com. However there are sites out there where you can sell your amazon gift card. You may also be able to find someone who will swap a card of the same or lesser value so that you can get a giftcard for the store you want, and they can get one for the store they want. The Amazon gift cards can only be redeemed on Amazon.com, but it depends on wich area from the world you registered your account you can use it. If you don´t want to use Amazon then just sell it on ebay or stuff like that, there are many you can use it to get something.

Yes you can shop only with Amazon as the gift certificate is on behalf of Amazon. Simply go and browse for products on Amazon and select the one's you want to buy and see if the gift card purchase is applicable on that product or not. I don't know if the gift card is valid only in selected shops, but if it is not be sure to order products from the seller of your country who has good reputation more than 90 % positive reputation on Amazon as it will save the shipping cost on the delivery of the product which otherwise you will have to pay. Use the 30 $ wisely, if possible go and create an Account on Amazon's website and browse products add them to your shopping cart. If it's an Amazon.com voucher, it cannot be used on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.co.de, for example. BEFORE you apply the voucher to your account, check carefully that the goods you want can be sent to your country. If necessary, send the vendor a message to make sure. If it cannot be sent from the US to India, then the voucher is of no use to you. You can only shop at Amazon.com with it; it's not like PayPal where you can shop at multiple sites. You can probably find a headphone at Amazon for that amount. When you do your search, on the right hand side of the page where it has the "Sort by" drop down menu, choose Price-- Low to High. Also be sure to read other user's reviews of the product too.
