why no comments or rate on photos in mylot

Actually, you are right. I don't comment, also i don't rate photos. What can make me to open some photo is if the photo exist in some discussion, you know it will be hardly seen because of the little size. That's when i open the photo included to the discussion and sometimes i comment. May be it depends on our habits here, i don't know. I like responding and posting discussions... to see what the other think, but photos are not my passion here. Also i don't like to watch photos so much, i mean even if we are nice society with good relations between us, photos are something personal - if you done photo of your birthday cake which you liked and loved so much, that a personal emotion ... I would be happy that you liked it and you have great memories of the moment, but i won't feel the emotions you had when you did the photo. I prefer reading and writing, it's more catching for me.

Well I don't know much about it but I think there must be some sought of competition in which we upload pictures Like, "Picture of the day" or "Best picture of the month". It will generate activity regarding pictures as well. Maybe they put reward on these kind of competitions as well so everyone try to win it etc.

I don't normally look at photos but just to be fair to this discussion, I took a look at the first page of photos. Yes, twenty photos - 15 of them were peoples pets! Are we supposed to comment on ten photos of the same dog? They are somebody's pride and joy, we can't call them flea bitten mongrels and expect a good rating, can we? This isn't a good way to earn money or preserve your sanity!

I don't really look at the photos. Even when I uploaded them, I just forget about them. Unless some of my friends uploaded pictures and ask me to take a look at it, I don't tend to look around for photos. If anyone ask me to look at their photo, I do make a point to comment on them.

if youn put some intersting photo i think that somebody will coment it and rate! :d
