Honestly I've been suffering from acne for a long time and became tired of going to dermatologists. Results: It's a hormonal problem. Aside from the pills that I have taken,(which didn't stop my acne haha), I finally came up to a decision to have a diet cleansing at the same time have a home remedy. I found out honey, cinnamon powder and lemon juice will really help acne to vanish. Try to make a paste out of those and put on face for about 30 mins. Gradually, the acne will be removed and you will have a clearer skin. How about you, do you know any home remedy?

Home remedies are the best remedies for acne and pimples. It is natural and no harmful effects on the skin. For pimples, I had always used crushed raw turmeric and apply it as facepack. It helps to remove blemishes, sun tan and helps to cure my pimples as well and yes, I drink lots of carrot juice and it really helps.
By the way, I have noted down your remedy as well.

Well I don't really have home remedies for acne. I just buy facial soaps and creams that are specifically for acne treatment. Some of them were effective but others have failed me. hehe! But now my acne has lessened due to a facial cleanser and soap which I use regularly. =D

Sweat sweat sweat!! I believe sweating is huge. Infrared saunas (which are better than your traditional sauna by far) is something that is amazing for so many things and I believe sweating out the impurities and toxins in your skin. I get its genetics but your body is more prone to clogged skin so you have to work twice as hard to get it out youself than your body would naturally do. If you dont have access to an infrared or even a sauna then go for a run every day.. I find that when I stop working out for a couple weeks my skind gets really bad its really interesting it keeps me in check that I need to start my work outs again.
Infrared saunas are super inexpensive to buy too. You can get to right on amazon whether you buy a little portable one which looks like a silver space ufo dome:D or buy a 1-5 seater one where you can assemble them easily and put the any where in your house and they only take a regular electrical outlet!

As you said it's the problem in hormon so i believe you should take some medicine then it will recover soon.
And you should drink more water and don't want more spice otherwise it will increase. You can pest papaya and put on your face hope it will work as it's very good for skin.

In my case, I get pimples when I'm under stress or I suffer from lack of sleep, so as a way to avoid pimples popping out, I try to get as much sleep as possible. Aside from regular washing with a mild facial wash, I use water-based products as suggested by my dermatologist. She said that I should not use those oil-based products which are very common in the market because my skin is oily. We know that oil when in gets contact with dirt, etc cause pimple. One more thing is I take vitamin E supplements. Vitamin is said to be good for the skin because it facilitates skin cell renewal.
