What are you talking about when inside the canteen?

Do you prefer to speak while in the canteen or keep silent? What could be the topics that are good for conversation when inside the canteen? Did you have a memorable conversation in canteens? Anything that you find amusing when looking around a canteen? When in the canteen I am not the first person to speak but maybe second or later. I have ran out of things to talk about so I sometimes chose not speak at all. The thing I like with canteens besides the food is the a.m. radio that we hear. The stories to hear are funny or thriller type for example.

We have a nice canteen in our college... And we generally decide to go there if we bunk any classes... And its always a nice time that we spend there.... We speak of a lot of things... For example, if we are bunk a class, then we speak about how dumb that particular lect is... And how much we hate how he/she teaches in the class.... or how idiotic the subject is for our branch...

When i enter the canteen then my friend are always with me. I never go to canteen alone and i go canteen when i am hungry and for gossiping also. So ofcourse i talk with my friend and sometime start a long conversation. Sometime we finished our food to eat there but our conversation don't stop. We talk about our life and sometime about our study too.

We talk business over lunch. I don't know if it is awkward, but I learned from a certain business book author, that one of the secrets of the Rich is, they never eat alone. They invite business partners like business associates/shareholders, bankers, accountants, or even clients to lunch whenever they can. They said, "If you want to become rich, never eat alone."
