I say no. None of the dreams I have during early morning come true at all. Unless there's been a zombie apocalypse recently that I've totally missed. Like the first poster said, why don't you try writing down your dreams and seeing for yourself? I write down all the dreams that I can remember and I must say that I've never had a dream come true.

The end of the world. Doomsday. In the context of "zombie apocalypse" I mean end of the world by zombies.

ooh,
thats horrifying..
i cannot dream of it..
too frightening to hear about zombies
it is said right that zombies have no brains and if they touch any humans or animals by mistake they would also turn into zombies

You can test it by writing down your dreams and seeing what comes true but I think you will find that it's almost certain to be nonsense.
Dreams (whether at night or in the morning) are one of the ways our brains have of reprocessing information and of bringing up problems which our subconscious is dealing with or is concerned about.
If we have dreams which seem to be foretelling the future, they are most likely to be 're-enactments' of events we have experienced or heard about recently (which may well be repeated) or the 'acting out' of solutions to problems which currently concern us. Most dreams which seem to forecast the future can be explained like this.

I've been waiting for an answer like this.I thank you for removing my ignorance. This is only out of curiosity,is this a way our subconscious mind is giving solutions to our problems or is any evil which might happen being bought to our notice? Can you suggest a book which throws more light on this topic?

I can't recommend any particular book, Picjim, but you might like to read this article, which could give you ideas for further research: http://serendip.brynmawr.edu/exchange/node/1798
I should point out that I don't necessarily agree with all that it says and I think there is still some truth in both Freud's and Jung's hypotheses about dreams.

Hi owl wings: Thanks for suggesting this exercise. I think that dreams have an explanation. They usually tell us our worries, needs and they can express some of the things that we wouldn't say when we are awake but they don't predict the future.

Yeah, i think there is really a saying in my language (TAMIL) spoken in India. It states that the dream that comes in the early morning will depict something that will happen in future. But as we all know , We cannot remember the whole of the dream. We just remember the last part. So it is really very difficult to find out whether it is really true or not.

Its good to hear that. however most people wont agree to this saying that it is foolishness. I have had so many experience in this chapter. I used to ask about the dream which i had the previous night, and my mom use to say some stories accordingly. But when i share those stories to my friends they will say i am stupid.

Hi Friend,
First of all you have to understand what dream is..
Some times:
1our desires or wishes in real life will come into our dream.
2whatever we experienced in real life, those will be saved in our unconscious mind. In dream part of those incidences will appear.
Dream may come at any time depending on our mental condition. If we are happy then good dreams will come and if we are in trouble then bad dreams will come.
.
If the morning dream turn into reality then it is only a coincidence.

some dreams can come true, after some time. you will experience it , say it's a de ja vu, but actually it can be a message of the next steps your life would take. then again, some dreams do not come true really, but were part of the truth that you have just experienced. your day to day activities get recorded in your mind, then your subconscious, your id will replay them and you will get seconds flash of these, making you wake up wondering how can you just got in a dream...

Well it depends of something. Means when you sleep it means if you sleep more then 3 hours then there is chance to come true the dream. And if you didn't think much about the matter that you have seen in dream then maybe it comes true.Otherwise it will not be true.

if you think about some maths problem which you are not getting and go to sleepand if you keep on thinking and if you accedently feel asleep and slept means next day morning if you try to find its answer you will succeed in it because your brain was working on it the whole night..

I don't know if this is true, I haven't read on any articles telling a dream occurs in the morning has chances of coming real. I have dreamed so many nice things in the morning and waking up makes it all gone. I will try to dream dreams in the morning and hope it's nice and come true or becomes a reality!

No it is not true. I have also dreamed a lot in the morning times, but my dreams have been real in the next day. So do not believe in all these informations.
