I get migraines from time to time and other times get regular headaches. I know some of my headaches are caused by caffiene related issues. I'm hooked on it! Not so great healthwise and I need to let it go.

This might be a shoot in the dark... not much info to play with.
If you clench your teeth at night or have a problem with your jaw, it can cause triggerpoints in the muscles on the side of the head above the ears. Squeezing them for a min. + can actually help to relieve the headache then.
If not the above, it can be coming from the upper neck. C2 nerve irritation.

Mine are usually induced by not drinking enough so nothing I can't solve myself.

here is my kind- this has been happening for the past week
I wake up ok. then I do something like jog up my stairs or get angry or make a sudden movement and suddenly it is like someone threw some steel at my head. I get nauseous. My neck hurts like crazy. I can't see straight all the time. My head throbs. It is worse than a migraine. And since i have kids (one in school that I have to take and pick up/ the other that I have to take with me) I can't just lie down in the dark silence all the time.
can you tell me what is wrong?

I get headaches a lot. Many are sinus headaches and sometimes I have migraine headaches. Often, odors or man made smells, perfumes and dyes will make me have a migraine headache. Usually, it takes a couple of days for a migraine to completly go away. Chemicals are one of the worsts things that make me sick. momamia

Oh, yes I use to mirganes from the age of 16 to 52 that were disabling. My headaches would last up to two days and the third day I wouldn't be able to function. I found out I had high blood pressure and the doctor prescribed norvasc and I no longer get migranes.

About an hour ago I was having one of the worst headaches ever! Feel almost back to normal now. Felt like my forehead was splitting open. It´s nearing 40 deg C here & I have been sweltering all day, unable to cool down. I have been drinking as much water as possible & now feel better. This heat is crazy!! Should I also try to get salt & sugar in my system or is water sufficient against dehydration or heatstroke?

Thats a really stupid question, like are you joking? Of course everyone here has had a headache, the discussion should be "How bad was your worst headache?"
