my heart is breaking right now and i can find no words to describe it.. i want to blame anybody..somebody but i know it only comes back to blaming myself.
i want to write it all out on this blank page but i know this will increase the pain that i am having.. :(

Oh dear, I hate it that you are going through so much pain. It does help sometimes to talk it out. When you are ready to do this I hope you have someone to talk to. If not then maybe someone here you trust to talk to.....
If you want to bring it as an open discussion then you know we will listen and offer advise if you wish.
I hope all works out for you.
Just know that all broken hearts do mend!

sorry to hear that.sometimes i have the same feeling too,but luckily i can control it by doing other things.hope you can get rid of it as soon as possible.
