We've all been in this situation. You're at work, finishing a project, and there's this co-worker that just gets under your skin. They're too loud, they won't stop talking, they just won't shut up. What do you do?

Depends on where I am at and my position with my coworkers. More often than not if they just won't shut up, I'll find something else to do that needs my attention.

Yes I've been into a situation like that. But I'm lucky that it didn't bother me much because I'm the kind of person who can still focus on something even with distractions. When I'm working on something really important, I focus my heart and mind so that I'll be productive.
But at times I ask them to minimize their talking if they could not shut up. You can ask them in a polite manner and if they are really consider themselves professionals then for sure they'll understand you.
