Do you need an alarm clock to wake you in the morning?

I usually wake up after exactly 7 hours, but if I have somewhere I have to go at a specific time in the morning I'll go ahead and set my alarm...just in case.

I set the alarm clock every morning, except weekends, to get up on time so that I would not be late to work. It is absolutely needed because I get back home pretty late some days, and I could easily oversleep the next morning. Of course, weekend mornings, I would just turn off the alarm clock and put it away some where (not to bother me). Ha ha !

My baby is my alarm when he wakes up in the morning, I wake up with him together. My husband has an alarm clock that goes off everyday and it does wake me up but I don't need to get up with it fortunately.

I have an internal body clock, which keeps me up all the time. I was awake this morning at three. I couldn't fall back asleep, so I got up at four, made the coffee and took a shower. When I know I have to be somewhere and someone is relying on me to be there, I will set my alarm, even though I really don't need it. I sleep between 5 and 7 hours a night.
