Do you like to run, walk, or jog? Which do you prefer? I love running especially in school I enjoyed taking part in competitions. Not the winner though. Now I like jogging too cause I can lose weight.

I like running better. But I have knee osteoarthritis. So that slows me down.I do try when my knees are bothering me.I usually end up walking.

Hi. mark 98 I prefer to walk briskly than to run or jog. I get tired easily when I run or jog. I love walking. I can walk straight for 30 minutes without tiring myself out as much.

Yes, I like running, jogging and walking all these outdoor activities, I used to do it a lot; I can't wait for the weather to turn better and get out to all these activities, it is good for us.

I love to do all three and admit walking is what I do the most, but what I love the most is jogging. I love to job, because it's easier than running, well it is easier on the joints. Jogging and walking are both great for weight loss. I enjoy running only when I am preparing to do the floor exercises on the mat for gymnastics. Now that was over 20 years ago, so I do not run much anymore.

if you ask me...i prefer walking..lol. i do not think i am lazy, it is just like i feel like i am able to work out more if i walk because if i run or jog and get tired easily, then i would stop and that would make me want to go home or eat or sit. i also do not like to get sweaty. if i walk, i get to enjoy to enjoy the scenery and i do not have to catch my breath as well.cheers! =)

Truth be told, I'm not a fan of cardio so if I do it, I like to get it over with quick. I'd prefer running or 'sprinting'. It's not for everyone and if you haven't exercised in awhile, it's probably not recommended if you need to use your legs the following day. Walking is considered the safest exercise possible as it's not a terrible burden on the body and the injury rate is so low. Conversely, jogging has one of the highest injury rates but I think that's because it's one of the most popular forms of exercise and "injury" can mean anything from a plantar fasciitis to a mild sprain or muscle pull.
