i have mastercard and viss account but getting paypal account is something else...please do you have any idea of how i can get it online or render me any useful assistance

First all you think why paypal account is for you, and what is its use to you.Any how i am telling you how to open a paypal account for you. type the address or url www.paypal.com the web page of paypal open there you see the tag signup. simply fill the form correctly. and submit. you receive a message to your email id that your paypal account is registered sucessufully. Then use your account as you like.

also pakistan is not in the list but u can make account of another country.

Wouldn't that be cheating? Making an account with a different country? And how will you get the money anyway if you cannot link your bank account? Another question, how do you fund your transaction? Does it take your credit card? But then you need to put the communication address of your credit card?
I am just trying to get my head around it.
