My Neobux account just has been suspended! Because I was trying to logon on my friend's computer. The system said that I have disobeyed their rules and my account will permanent suspend I don't know how to connect them to explain. And I found that everyone just can have only one account because the paypal account has to be unique. I have to say goodbye to Neobux...

Logging on from your friends is fine but I'm slightly confused how did you managed to get suspended. Did you try to create another Neobux account as that wouldn't be a good idea especially if you used the same paypal account.

@Marmot,
I am not sure that is a problem. My Neobux account was suspended due to inactivity. I have registered again as my sister's downline using a different username. I haven't reach Cashout yet, so I don't know if there will be any problem.
ToS 8:
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
I used a different email address than my previous account. I have a Premiere Paypal Account and I can have 8 emails linked to my paypal account. And even if you don't have Premiere Account, you can create a new email id, then change your email id on your Paypal account.

Do you see that I mentioned? One computer can only allow one account logon, and try to logon on my friend's computer cause me suspended. If you think it is fine, you can try it But be aware that you may get suspended too. Actually, you can not register a second account using same paypal account. That why I have to say goodbye to Noebux...

"And I found that everyone just can have only one account because the paypal account has to be unique"
If you had been signing a contract offline, you would have read the small print, right?
Why do people sign up online without reading anything?

I hope in future you will read the TOS on a site before you register.
I am unable to help you about contacting them but I think others further down can help.

I had an account on Neobux, but I don't know what happened to it. It was not suspended, it just disappeared. I was close to my third payout on it I think. Apparently whoever hacked my gmail account also hacked into that account and changed the email and paypal email because I was able to register a new account. Oh well...

I don't really mind. I am almost at payout already so it isn't all bad. Hopefully you won't have to start a new account, but even if you do, you will know how to handle it. Have a great day!

I am sorry to hear that. I just have to let you know that, it is a bit worry for me too. Because I also want to change my ISP with their better promotion recently. I want to switch to Clearwire home internet too, and I still not get paid from neobux yet. I just wonder what I should do, if I switch to a new ISP, my account will be suspended as well.

THat's too bad for u. I didn't know neobux is so strict about that. Can't u contact the admin of neobux stating your reasons? I'm sure neobux should be more understanding because nobody's computer can be working all the time right? What happens if our system crashes and we can't log in? The alternative way is to use some other computer, to keep us active in that site right? Neobux should give u a chance to explain yourself.

sadly i have had this same problem with fusioncash.com. they suspended my account like a month ago and i have been trying to figure out how to reverse that ever since. i have had no luck though. i am really upset because it was really easy to make money on that site and i was almost to the minimum cashout amount which was like $25

That's why you have to read the terms of service before you join a website.

That's the most awful thing could ever happen especially if you have invested a lot of time and effort already. It happened to me as well so I learned my lessons. You may try getting a new email address, out that to your paypal account as another email, ask your internet provider to change your ip address, and create a new neobux account. :)
