My account Got Suspened..Can anyone help????

Hello..My neobux account got suspened..It was certainly my fault..Basically I have two laptops in my home and have different internet connections for both of them..So i Had two accounts in neobux.But yesterday i by mistake logged in wrong pc with differnt pc's login details so today i got suspended..So what i can do now..Is it possible to get my account back..Plz help..If not is it possible that i can again register in neobux..???

The topic here states 'I had two accounts' and there is no mention of either acounts belonging to someone else

It is not something 'criminal' but it is not acceptable according to the TOS of the site concerned. They make their rules and if we want to keep our accounts intact we have to follow them, simple.

Maybe you are too severe, Mysdianait. The guy confessed that he cheated. But how can they be sure? Imagine that you have a computer with your account and a member of your family has another computer with his account on neobux. If you try to login from his computer is this a crime?

Contact them and say that you do have one account per household. You had a friend who logged on at your place...

Once your account is permanently suspended, you can't get it back. If the message you received stated that your account was TEMPORARILY suspended, you have an option to reopen it when you log in. But if it's permanently suspended, that's it. I've been in both situations before. While the temporary suspension lets you keep your balance, the permanent suspension cancels all your account money for good.
