What can I say I love Jack In t=The Box but the prices? No Way!!! I had got some coupons in the mail and I forgot to take my lunch today to work and my supervisor asked me what I had for lunch and she said she would go get something and I looked at the coupon for Jack In The Box that I had and it was but one crispy chicken sandwich and get one free so we were going to use the coupon but I asked her how much is the Chicken Sandwich? So she called there and they said the ONE Spicy Chicken Sandwich is for $2.89!!!! Come on Please!!! That old man said dang!! Tha'ts highway robbery!! L.O.L. I agree!! I said No Way!! We can get 2 tacos for a dollar something there!! Don't you think that is still a high price to pay even with a coupon? What's wrong with Jack? That is not a deal!!

I'm from southeast China and I have a sweet tooth. I don't fancy eating Jack-in-the box at all. But when it comes to the prices, you know it's really unbearable for us students in China. The prices are skyrocketing while the salary remain unchanged. How can we make ends meet?OMG

It is $3.19 a gallon and they say it is going up again by summer it will be $4.oo!! O.M.G. Here too!! What can we do? All we can to is try to make it day to day, Well I wish you luck over there!! Take Care.

There isn't a Jack In The Box here in my area of the country (KY). We just have the usual BK's, McD's, Hardee's, and some local franchises. I've heard of the JITB's but not had any of their food. When I lived in Texas, I love the Whataburger's. I would consider your $2.89 chicken sandwich a deal. Doesn't sound at all unreasonable for today's prices. We pay more than that for a burger. Some of them run to $6 if you want the big clunkers that Hardee's puts out. I'd jump at a $2.89 chicken sandwich.

We don’t have a Jack in the Box in Australia as far as I know. Here we can pay as much as six or seven dollars from cafes in the city! Hungry Jacks which is the equivalent of Burger King has burgers from a little as $1.95 which is pretty darn cheap in my view!

Jahernanderivas- My husband and I gave up all fast food back in January but I do remember Jack in the box from my days in Arizona! Oh, their poppers are something! However, I agree they were always extremely over priced. I can now compare them to Culvers (which we have up here) where a meal for a family of four is close to 40 bucks and it's all fast food! So, giving up fast food has not only saved my waist line but also my pocket book! Do you ever wonder how they heck they get away with charging so much? One of my favorite places in Arizona was In & Out. It was reasonable and all the food was natural made to order. They didn't use frozen meats, and even cut their own fries! I will say I do miss them but I'm staying strong. Namaste-Anora

Yea it is like highway robbery with the prices the fast food chains charge!! I don't know why they do it I very seldom eat out anymore because of that! Once in a while I will go for a dollar meal but no more than that, I will get from Jack in the Box 2 tacos for a dollar and a free cup of ice from Mc Donalds and pour my own coke from home in the ice L.O.L. That is a good idea you have for saving the waist and the wallet!! Way to go, I need to try that more!!

I'm beginning to think we like all the same restaurant. My favorite at Jack-in-the-Box is the Bacon Ultimate Cheese Burger. I think a lot of the restaurant prices are highway robbery.
