I did i think many times. When i was in school i cut my humerus mussel and not so much little bit via blate. I know it's very bad habit that's why now i try to ignore this habit now. What about you? Do you ever try to hurt yourself? If yes then how?
What do you think about it?

I'll admit that I have tried to hurt myself. Most of the time it is only scratches, never any blood... but it still hurts...

Yes, i hurt myself, because of the situations are effecting on me.
Some times i am thinking that "where i am standing now, to where i have to reach..." like wise there are some thoughts revolving, that time i have talked in low level about myself.
Thanks for sharing.
God bless you.

Hi. dreamsharmin. No. I have never attempted to hurt myself before. I am sorry that this has happened to you though. I don't like feeling pain that I would inflict on my body at all. I think that when you would want to hurt yourself, that is when you should seek immediate mental help attention.

Hi dream sharmin: I have never done this and I think it's not ok. I have maybe thought aboutr this possibility but I haven't done this ever because I think at the same time that, no matter how bad things are, no matter my mistakes, no matter how negative the circumstance are I have to respect myself and don't put my life or health in risk.

Hello Dreamsharmin,
I won't tell you how many time I cut my fingers by accident. I think this happens to everybody.
I'll tell you how I hurt myself on purpose but don't imagine I'm a freak who like hurting herself.
When I was a teenager, I had an ugly wart on a finger from my left hand. I found it so disgusting and I wanted to get rid of it. I heard that I could make it disappear if I burned it with a hot iron.
So here I was, armed with a hot iron, determined to burn the ugly thing out.
I remember I was smiling and burning the little enemy, then I got sick and I fell on the floor. The next thing I remember are the faces of my two room mates who were terribly worry about my health.
