Underwear washed by second person.

lol it's your mom! hahaha there is nothing to be ashamed.. but then it is a bit awkward especially if you are all grown up...but its your mom if it is another person not your mom, it is not acceptable too hahaha..get over it. its your MOM!

well, hide your underwear then when you outside . you can put in a plastic and hide it in drawer. you can't convince her cause that is show how much she love you. i am personally wash it on my own cause i take care all the laundry in my house

Hello Shiby. I don't think you can convince her not to wash your undies. That is what mom's do. They will do things you don't do or don't have the time for. Luckily i don't have that problem. Luck though. TATA.

That's easy. After taking your shower, just wash your underwear. In this way, you get two things accomplished at a time - get showered and your underwear washed. You can rest assured that your mum won't ever need to be reminded again not to wash your underwear. And also, your relationship with your mum won't be soured.

I can see what you mean as although I am female I would not want anyone washing my underwear, I honestly feel like if it was a invasion of privacy. Funny how I can wash my son's although he is young. But I would understand if he did not want me too. Maybe say to your mom that you so appreciate all her hard work for you but that you prefer to do your own. That or buy a separate laundry basket that she is not aware of and put it where she can not find it and this way she will not be prompt to wash them. Best of luck.

She is your mother and there is no problem in that. She has done this from your birth until the time when you started thinking that it is bad to allow her to wash them. Let her be happy. But if you insist, the possible suggestion is -- Wash them as soon as you have used them. Means after coming from outside, do not collect them -- this act only insist her to wash them. It is your fault that you pile them up and she cannot see them as such. You said she washes when you are outside it simply means that you are in habit of leaving them behind unwashed. One more option is get married -- there will be someone to wash them other than your mom.

Well if it really bothers you to have her wash them and you've already tried to nicely tell her no, I guess your next option is to keep your dirty ones hidden somewhere. Maybe get a small basket to put into your drawer or closet and keep it just for your dirty underwear. Obviously don't let mom know where this is and voila - you'll be able to wash them on your own again!

i feel the same way i dont want anyone else washing my undergarments either but sad to say she is your mom and your probably not gonna convince her to stop she sounds alot like my mom.. and i know when my mom does something like that she is only trying to help me.. you can try telling her it embaresses you or how you really feel hope it helps..

Hi, dear. Please do not get me wrong. What's the problem if your mum's the ones washing your undergarments? I mean, if they are just piling their in your laundry basket? I am washing my undergarments. But I wouldn't mind if my Mum or sister does it. And I wouldn't mind washing theirs too. But, of course, I will prefer to wash my own underwear. I'm not sure why. They are not really filthy but I'll be more comfortable if I am doing the washing than anyone else.

Hiya Shibs, Don´t scold your Mom I was thinking if you could have hidden the rest and wash and wear them and keep say two or three in the Drawer for her to keep taking away and washing them. Know what I mean. But if you can´t hide the others that is a problem too. I have to wash all the undies in this House they don´t mind they just leave them there and that´s it (grin). I also wash their Clothes and Iron them no protests there either. Well what they reckon is that the Washing Machine does it all. Hey and who puts them in the Washer and the Soap and the Program and then Pegs them outside who does that then? Me of course. I could easily boil their undies at 90 degrees centigrade and then they would get to know about it would´nt they. Actually they do know how to put a Washer on but they don´t know much else and I have tried telling them the lot. All I can suggest really. Your Mom is lovely doing things like that for you. Underwear washing is fully our personal work. We have to wash it after our bath, no need to feel shy. It is the cleaning issue know.

I wash my own underwear. Nothing's more uncomfortable than having them washed by somebody else. Maybe I'll find it okay for my mom to wash them. But, knowing my mom, there's a bigger possibility that she won't. Right, hide them!!!

Hey, don't be angry ;) Your mom wants only good. If you don't want to mother washed your mom, say her ;) I think she understand you. Or put your underwear other place where your mother can't take. ;) Overall I think your mother is your people and she is not a sexy neighbor.. ;) don't worry about this. He he you still are momy little children :)

Well in general i dont like when other people touch my cloth, an easy way to avoid other people washing your stuff is doing it by your self, at least it works for me =)

Hi. shibham. That is so embarrassing! I think that you should just put your underwear in a secret place that only you can find them at. Or just tell your mom that you prefer to wash your own underwear. My husband washes my underwear and that is the only person that I will let wash them too. I feel very uncomfortable with anyone else washing my underwear. Once, my father-in-law washed my underwear, and my mother-in-law noticed that some of my clothing was in their basket. So, a pair of my underwear was in their clothing that my father-in-law washed and I was so ashamed. I don't want my father-in-law seeing my underwear, that is very private! I told my mother-in-law about this and he never washed another pair of my underwear let alone any of my clothing anymore.

hello dear bhai, Nothing wrong about that my dear. Okay,my mom and my sister does wash my undies and even my husband (oh well,i can even asks my brothers to wash it hahaha) Here's the thing my dear,i know,we don't want others to wash it ,but it do happens sometimes. Let me suggest this,since upon reading other comments and your responses to their suggestions seems not convincing coz your mom is a relative of James Bond (spy experts hehehe)wear your briefs when you are in shower and take it off when you are almost done,in that way you can do a little washing of it,so,if ever mom wash it,it's almost clean (nothing to feel more guilty huh) I do that when i am on vacation in our hometown,coz usually we have someone to wash our clothes (househelp) and she is also too smart to locate our dirty linen even our undies,so,not to feel shy/guilty,i do a little wash of my undies when i am taking shower/bath. Now it's all about underwears hahahaha. Is this a part of your thesis my dear chota bhai?

I do wash my husband and my children's underwear whenever I wash our clothes. As they change clothes, they put their spoiled clothes to the hamper. I don't think there is wrong with washing your underwear by your mother. If you don't like your mother to wash them, wash them immediately after you take your bath or when you change them. My daughters wash their underwears if they have their monthly periods but on other days they just put them in the hamper.

No i don't give my under wear some one else to wash it. it's really embarrassing. I prefer to wish by myself. But some time my mother also did it and i also asked her to don't do that. Now i do live abroad and alone so i do wash it by myself. I do wash my cloths my washing machine and some time my friends help me wash it but under wear i always wash by my self and i don't like to show it with second person. Good day!
