Generally students dont have the habit of sleeping early. They dont wake up early in the morning. This is not a good habit as it effects our health. Even I dont sleep at night early. This affected my health and now I changed my habits. At any cost I go to bed at 12 pm. So friends what about you? Are you a late night sleeper ?

I tend to wake up each morning around 5 o'clock. I will then usually get up and start meditating by around 5:30. When I was back in my teens, I would sleep much longer, but I never worried about it. My early waking just started around my mid-twenties when I was sleeping around 5-6 hours a night. At first I was worried about not getting enough sleep, but as time went by I realized I was OK, have been every since. I think it is best not to worry about sleeping hours unless you really start to feel ill and exhausted enough to have to visit your doctor. _Derek

Since right now I have to make the breakfast and then I will bring my child to school. So usually I will wake up at 7:10. But if I want to make a special breakfast, then I will even wake up at 7am. Every night I go to sleep after midnight because I will have my spare time when my child goes to sleep. Although I am sleepy, but I have to be a responsible mom and wife:) I love China

Different people need different amounts of sleep. Teenagers generally need more than adult. I personally go to bed at 4am and wake up at 1pm... I always start work at 2:45pm... I've always been a night person.

I am definitely a late night sleeper. I'm a graduating student and my brain functions well at dawn or past midnight when the background is quiet and all one can hear is the chirping of night bugs relaxing on trees and the howling of dogs. Moreeover it is the time when my mind and body attains a certain level of relaxation, a way to remove the stress I have accumulated brought about my activities throughout the day. At the average I sleep at 2-4 in the morning however if I have duty classes in the hospital I sleep a bit early at around 11 pm or midnight. Even though I'm a late night sleeper I still see to it that I consume 5-8 hours daily so I will not be deprive of sleep and can still functions when the sun is up.

When I was a kid, even though I slept late I would be awake at 5 or 6 am. Especially when it is summer, I tend to wake up early. I feel that there is so much to do and to see during summer. Even though I slept late, I am still full of energy even when I wake up early. But now after I have worked for how many years, I feel I don't have the energy anymore to wake up at 6 am. I usually sleep at 2 or 3 am. Now, I wake up at 8 am usually.

i sleep late at night like you do. around 11:30 to 12 in the midnight. it is because i watch my favorite late-night show. sometimes, i feel sleepy already but i wouldn't miss an episode of the show. but i still wake up early morning because i like to be early. i can say that i have less sleep at night but i make sure i get a nap at lunch time or in the afternoons to complete my eight hour sleep.

I usually am in bed around 9 and im in bed watching TV or on my phone internet or something until i get tired around 10:30 or a littler earlier then that. When i start to get tired i will take medicine and it will make me fall asleep and sleep most of the time through the night. I am tired from working and doing things throughout the day and just being busy so i dont go to bed late and i do have to wake up around 7 in the morning to leave around 8 to be at work at 8:30 so i have a shcedule im on and it doesnt bother me much at all.

I have always gone to bed pretty late normally around 2 or 3 in the morning. When I was 17 during my senior year of high school I would go to school from 7am-12pm work from 1230-9pm and 4 nights I had a second job where I will work from 10pm-2am so that was my schedule for about a year and my body was use to it. Now at age 25 I go to sleep around 2 or 3am and wake up around 8 or 9 am. I am not sure why I can't sleep early but i have just always been that way.

I am one of the rare one's I think. I wake up rather early in the morning and don't stay up way too late. I do admit that it is a habit that one would need to get into over a certain amount of time. Therefore, I really try and maintain what is a normal sleep schedule. It has helped me focus a bit better on my studies then others might have and also helped with my sanity, which has really tied into my studies. It does have quite the adverse effect on the health when you think about it. Not to mention the mood. More prone to fly off of the handle at people. Also, I tend to get headaches on those rare times where I'm not on a normal sleep schedule. Headaches often are often a symbol of some sort of health problems. Therefore, I am going to get to sleep before it gets too late and wake up fairly early in the morning, about 5:30 or 6:00 AM ready to go.

The earliest time that I sleep is around 2am. I sleep this late because I'm finishing my final requirements for school. Luckily I have late classes so I wake up at around 9 if I have classes before lunch. If I don't have anything to do, I sleep around 12am and wake up around 10am.

Well I'm in college right now and I have to wake up at 6:30am in the morning every morning Monday to Friday. On weekends I get to wake up both Saturday and Sunday at the randy time of 4:30am to work at my part time job as a cashier at Walmart.Well I need the money and i am used to waking up at this time and well i guess that is how most people are living in this dismal collapsing economy that is ready to go belly up in a year or two.

In college, we don't have that enough time to sleep for eight hours-the average hours of sleep. We have to go on duty in shifting schedules: Morning, PM, and Graveyard Shifts. Aside from that, we have to make some requirements for we are not allowed to go on duty without completing what is required of us. Basically, the longest hours of sleep we get is approx. 6 hours. We also experienced 48 hours being awake and I guess, we have no choice. It's like to choose from maintaining your standing in school or just quit if you ever give up. In spite of that, we were able to survive the stressors in life. We all know that it has a bad effect on our health but we're trying to compensate of what is being of scarce through taking naps on our spare time, have our eyes closed from time to time to rest them for a while, and take vitamins. That's probably what we can do for now.
