Is Gomez Peers available for philippines

According to the Gomez Peer site, they do have a payment rate for Phillipines. So, I don't see any reason why your account will not be activated. It can take a long time to get activated. I am in India and it took me almost 3 months to get the active status - and that too, with 3/4 computers running 24 hours a day. Three days is nothing. Have patience.
