ireland stun england in the the pool b match.. it was unbelievable as they chased down the massive target of 328 in bangalore .kevin o brien made a fascinating 112 to take his team to a impossiblen win . he hit the hundred of just 50 balls to become the fastest centurion leaving behind matthew hayden

the wickets are flat and England like India took it easy after reaching 300 and quickly lost a few wickets. no total is safe in these conditions,the bowlers have little going for them.

I agree with you, over confidence is poison and till getting the victory now no one can feel relax which will bring more excitement in the tournament. cheer up

I think this is the first real great result of this world cup and this opens up the group. Suddenly this group has exploded. Now any of England, West Indies, Bangladesh and even Ireland can make it to the knockout stages. It was really a fantastic innings from Kevin O Brien, but there were others like Cusack and Mooney who also contributed for the cause. Apart from the fastest hundred, this is also the biggest run chase in the world cup. Cheers! Ram

This world cup is for batsman which is not fair with bowlers who work so hard to get wickets but the way they are getting punishment on good bowling is making them more helpless.
