moksha09 he is unfit and seriously short of match practice. He seems to be suffering from loss of hearing too. he was clumsy on the field and his shoulder is still weak . he needs rest and a long one at that.

moksha09 he cant throw, he can't hear he cant bat. He is suffering but who cares? something is seriously wrong here and his performance here was pathetic so I dont think he will play in the next test, he needs rest and treatment.

what were the results? I was on a a salt free diet for 1 month and the results were amazing. I lost about 6 kgs and i felt a lot better. Has anyone done a slat free diet?? pl share results.
