Now that there are riots in UK should the Indian cricket team cancel its tour?

The riots have cone a day bfore the 3rd test. will the match take place? should india cancel the tour and come back?

I believe that India should not cancel the tour. Indians will undoubtedly be given sufficient protection there. Also the riots are not targeted towards Indians.
