what were the results? I was on a a salt free diet for 1 month and the results were amazing. I lost about 6 kgs and i felt a lot better. Has anyone done a slat free diet?? pl share results.

Yes even I have read that salt-free diets reduce weight.But I simply cannot eat my meals without salt.

I can do a reduced sodium diet, but I doubt I could do salt free. And if I don't like how the food tastes, a diet isn't going to last very long.

Salt free diet? I cannot dream of it for a single day. You are absoluteley amazing. I cannot think of that.

I have never done a salt free diet but I have heard that a salt free diet for a period of time can reduce weight.After reading your post I am even more convinced about it!Thanks for sharing your real-life experience!I have never tried a salt-free diet as salt is the essential ingredient for taste in all the dishes that are cooked at home.Instead I have tried to reduce weight by other means like yoga and reducing intake of junk food and that has definitely helped.

That's good. Maybe I should have done that. Did you cut down you food intake too? Or just the salt free diet?... Or have you done other things like doing some exercise just to lose weight?,..

I am very weak and i never want to lose weight but my weight keeps on decreasing. I don't know what is going wrong. I am not ill and i take good meals on time. I know girls like losing their weights and become slim. But i really want to grow stronger.

I haven't tried that one yet,hope I can try it to myself too.I always eat a balanced diet and always drink lots of water.I am also taking fish oil which I researched about it that It really helps us to lose wait too.
