Do you feel scared to take injection?

I live with the pain during our ret-dem we were paired by two and each had to perform inject sterile water into the different sites and after that class I limply went to our physics class T_T It hurts the most near the gluteal area huhuhu!!! Lol I remember having to inject my partner twice cuz I was wrong lol!! xDDD I've been exposed to the clinical area and I can say I enjoy injecting people lol!!! xDD sterile water is heavy our CI's didn't tell us that we could always use vitamin c as a substitute because it was much lighter grrrr!!! xDD

Yes actually i'm very scared. It doesn't hurt but just the thought of needle intering my body scares me. I cry everytime i'm about to get a shot. It scared the hell out of me and after the shot, i get dizzy.

Injection has a bit of pain because it actually a needle going through your skin. Although the pain is not really that much the thought of being pierced by a needle is somewhat fearful especially to children. But I know some adults who were unable to get over that fear so you are not actually alone. Well kids are more often than not afraid of injection. This is the reason why it takes a lot of pain to get a child through injection. I remember when I was a kid, almost everyone in the school would cry during vaccination time.

Not really. I have a high tolerance for pain. In fact, this discussion reminded me that I need to take on my flu shot this year in my company's clinic after my shift. Needles don't scare me. Would you believe that the nurses are amazed that I can still smile even when I am already in labor with my first child. I have such a high tolerance for pain that I didn't know that I am already in labor, when I thought I was only having a stomach ache.

yeah sharmin i am very afraid of injection.before few years i was sick for long times.and so i need to use injection and salain..it was very painful to me,then one evening i thought to remove the selain haha ,and i did,but nurse caught me:Phaha,i couldnt run away from this,so now i don wana be sick like before and don wana get injection and selain any more:Pbut iinjection s pain is very bit like a ant s bite:P

i'm afraid of the injection and other hospital thing, honestly on my 23 years of living i don't get confined at all, i'm afraid to go to the doctor for check ups usually when im sick i'll just wait for it to end i don't drink medicines too kinda naughty right :) but i'm not prone to diseases my common illness was colds, coughs, sneezing and fever only not much to worry :)

No, needles don't scare me. I used to have really bad asthma as a kid and took frequent trips to the emergency room. And each time I would get blood drawn. After doing it so much, it just became routine for me. I suppose how painful it would be depends on where the needle is going (I've only had my arm or hand stuck with the needle). I'd probably be scared if they had to stick me somewhere I expected to be very painful, but that's because of my fear of pain in general, not specifically needles.

i also despise needle for some weird reasons i just hate them. its like they look painful, they look like it could kill me. i just so hate them..they look so dangerous to me.

Many of the teenage girls are so much scary about to take injection. One of my classmate is also so much frightened. I many time told her to to hospital and take injection. But she is still fearing.

Though I am a homeopath, I also have habit of feeling scared to take injection.

I don't see the big deal in getting an injection. It's a little needle and it only pinches for a second. I know people that are afraid of getting a needle, I guess it is a phobia or something. Look, if I needed an injection like to get a blood test or for some medical condition, I would not mind at all. It only takes a second and it's over. Don't be afraid of a needle.

Abosutely,i also afraid to take injection.that is horrible!once i think anything about injection ,i feel nervous!Now i am nervousing!

yes I am really scared to take injection because it really hurts. When I was little boy it was really very hard to take injection, and once I slapped a doctor just for giving me injection when I was 3 years old. I don't remember it but my mom tells me that I slapped a doctor. LOL

Oddly enough, it isn't the needle I fear, but the medication. I have a chest port, so I am used to needles. However, I am quite afraid of medication, as there is always the potential for side effects. Unfortunately, I have to take about thirty medications daily.

Well I work in a hospital so it is really one of those things that you get used to. Before i was allowed to work in a hospital, there are a lot of vaccinations I have to take so I think you will get used to it.

hello friend! yes my dear friend i feel so much scary about take any injection.but i never show it in-front of my friends.its so painful when the injection inject into my hand that time i always think the name of my ALLAH and my mom.then i feel strong.i also hate injection and medicine. thanks a lot.

I feel the same even if I'm an adult.Though the pain is not so serious,but my body will always want to avoid the needle when I have to take injection every time,and the nurse has to deter me.

Hi dream.... :) Yes, yes, yes!!! I could not even look at the place where I injected. And when I have to transfer blood from the arm veins, I could not watch because I left bad from my blood. Since I have very small veins, often blood tests are more difficult to transfer. And then at least the day I have pain in my arm, I often can not even carry my handbag. I don't like injection and I hate needle too!!! :(

I was really afraid of take injection when I was a child.But now,I`m not afraid of this.It is not painful and I make full mental preparation every time I take injection.

No Im really not. When I'm in hospital I always watch the injection . I dont like it but i dont scared for it. Sorry for my bad English.
