my sister's problem is all about her skin.... and she is very depressed to whiten her skin and make it healthy, so she always check and search all the answers at net, so she found out that not only the Vitamin E could help her skin to make it healthy but the Vitamin C also. i still dont know if its possible but she tried it. Can a Vitamin C boost to whiten her skin while using Vitamin E? what do you think?what is your views about this?

uhmm, whiten or make it healthy? that is two different things. If for example she has acne or scars try estrogen pills cough*cough* bir cough* ctrl cough* ( with doctor advice side effects will vary, the worse is infertility) usually starts at 50-200 it really depends But you will have flawless skin afterwards. For whitening try gluthatione pill( with doctor advice again) they really work but as your in in the philippines as I am check if the amount is really correct for that pill. Example 500 mg written make sure it has 500 mg or near it.( i know a gluta pill with only 300mg even if its written as 500mg source:me i tested it) Don't know how you could check it though. Maybe in check the net for good products

Haven't heard that Vitamin C has good effects on our skin especially for whitening it. Well as what I have read, it 'may' help lighten skin tone but no study has proven of its effectiveness to whiten the skin. You might advice your sister to use other products to whiten her skin. vitamin E is good for the skin to make it healthy but I am also not sure if it will help whiten our skin.

I also heard of this tip. But I am not sure whether it can work well. I also heard that the lemon can make your skin whiten, and it contains lots of Vitamin C. I love China

I dont think so. Maybe it would help if Vit c and Glutathione will be paired off together. Why would your sister want to have whiter skin? I understand healthy skin, who wouldnt? but whiten skin? how come? I think we all should love our skin color.

I did read some articles about the natural fruit juice. The natural fruit juice can help to improve the condition of our skin. It can prevent our skin from appearing the black dots. At first, I didn't believe in it because it might be the way of promotion by certain merchants. But, I met a 65 years old uncle with very fair white skin. He told me about his recipe. He didn't drink sweet drink as milk, coffee and son on. Everyday, he drinks a cup of blended mix fruits juice. ha! ha! ha! I have to believe in it now.

I think beauty lies beyond the skin. At any rate, vitamins do have effects on the skin.

I'm not really sure if Vitamin C really whitens a person's skin, but I know a doctor who recommends the use of this vitamin (especially in its sodium ascorbate form as opposed to the usual ascorbic acid) by diluting it in water and applying the mixture to the skin. I haven't tried it though since I'm not really interested in whitening my skin :)

Vitamin E is a very healthy method for the skin, pigments and cells. I think it is a good idea to use it for the purpose of healthier skin. I do hope she accomplishes with it what she is setting out to do with it. I looked at the like that Oceana provided and it is very helpful. Welcome back asliah, had not seen you around for a bit.
