i plan and decided to build a business instead to work as an employee,
and its more good because i can handle my time and control anything, than to have a stressful and monster boss. last month i tried to find a job but still nothing,
so i think im lucky to have my own business instead to have a job.
do you think its better to have an own business instead a job?why?

Having business of your own will really give you time freedom. I would prefer business if i have the capital for it, more so if you have the love of the business, then it would be easier. In my case it's part of my career plans someday. i have no plans of being employed in my lifetime.

Of course if you have your own business, you will have a better prospect.
For me, I will have a consistent income and stable life if I just want to be an employee.
Pressure wise, I shall be almost the same as the boss if I am holding a high position in the company.
Most of the bosses will push everything to you.
In their concept, they just want a well done pizza to be ready to serve them without telling them the way or the process of preparing it.
In this situation, I prefer to set up my own business once I have sufficient of capital and network.
Do and try it to strike your goal in your life.

In a way, yes it is better to have a business than to be employed and work for somebody else. But I think, it would depend on the interest and the kind of business. It is case to case basis. If the business is a small time and not enough to provide for your family needs, I think with that situation I would be forced to work.

Hi,
From my own opinion, I prefer to work for people rather than
have my own business.
Running a business is not simple, although you may take control
of anything you are doing, but the pressure and risk are there.
I would say, having own business is more pressurised compared to
work for others.
Unless you really have confidence and have proper plan of what business
you are going to do,then no harm to give it a try.
But for me, I won't take suck risks. I prefer to be an employee and get
my monthly salary. at least my pressure is to do my own job and get the paid
every month end. But if I were to have my own business, I have to make
sure the business is running well, make a profit and I have to control the
employees that work for me.The burden is definitely more.
Wish you good luck in your business!!

Good day to you Asliah,
For me, it is both good. However, as the saying goes, you cannot serve two masters at the same time. Wherein, you cannot be an employee on a company and at the same time a proprietor on your own business. That you should choose only one.
And if I were to choose, I would choose to have my own business to run instead of working as an employee which is owned by another person. In addition, I would love to see the progress of my own business.
Aside from the one that you have mention regarding the handling of time, since you are the employee and at the same time the owner of the business, there is one thing to be for sure, you will take care of everything with regard to your business operation. As you will not take a much risk that can affect the stability of your business finances. And you will take care all the discipline that can boost up the profitability of your business.
Goodluck to your choosen endeavor. Have a nice day!

Hi,asliah.
I prefer to build a business too.But i don't think it is more comfortable to be a boss. You must think more and do more to keep your business going. To be a successful boss you should possess
some excellent qualities such as leadership.

It is always better to have a business, than working under someone else and making peanuts. So stop searching for a job, and start your own business, and be successful in life.

There are benefits and headaches to both. Right now my goal is to have my own business something that will bring me additional money it doesn't have to be anything big. I don't want to run a company with employees and all that complication I just want something that I can do that will bring me enough money to take care of my needs and will allow me to be able to live the lifestyle I want without too much hassle.

I think to work in a proper company at appropriate position is a nice thing.
I don't like to have my own business.

Hello asliah hope you're doing fine right now from where you are. Of course you said it well, if you're the boss with your business you own your time-and it is much better obviously. If you need and employee you can count on me..
I'll be right here...

That depends. If you are industrious, a go-getter and willing and able to work long hours then having your own business is good. There are many people who just do not have what it takes to have their own business so they are better off at working for someone else.
If you choose your own business, research a lot on how to run it. Take some business classes if you can. Learn, learn, learn. There are many things to know about a business.
Good luck!

Hi,
My opnion is to have a business, but.. before having business of our own we need to gather some experience to know how a company works, how to cordinate a business, and many more things, than blindly investing into some business without much knowledge, only depending on LUCK.
So i would say start up by beaing an employee in an organization take experince be well equiped, then start a business and become a good clever business man..

Of course, who wants to be always in a hurry not to be late,or the need to go to work even if feeling sick (not to be deducted on salary)
If given a chance,i want to have my own business and fully concentrate with it and be a boss myself.
You are lucky to have your own business, rather than be an employee.

If I had the money to invest on any business, big or small I would really be choosing to have my own business than just stay employed. I can have both though if time and my body would allow me but I have to stick to one in order to succeed. Having my own business would not require me to wake up early for my work, it means I can have my own time and be able to manage my self. I can even have my own office, lol! It's better to really have your own business than be relying most of the time on the money you will be receiving every pay day.

Well yes putting up a business is the best you can do most especially if you can't find a job.The only risk with it is the possibility of going bankrupt but of course this is not the right attitude but it happens. And when it happens, you will end up more worst than before.Whereas if you are working, you are always assured of a steady income.
I hope that your business will flourish and I just advice that you must be more hardworking and innovative so you will be successful in your venture.
Good luck!

Being my own boss and having the business for me is the better. However, you never seem to stop working. At least if you are employed, someone else has all the headaches and problems. You start and finish at set times and you know that you will be paid X amount at the end of the wekk/month.
If you are the boss, then you have to work longer hours. You have to be at work before your staff to open up and after they have all gone there are always things to do before you can leave. You have the stress of finding a good work force and dealing with all their problems as well as making sure the money is there to pay them. You have the stress of business meetings and making sure that sales, contracts, etc. are coming in to keep the businress afloat. You have all the bills and banking concerns.
It is so much easier to walk into the job at 9am and leave at 5pm as an employee but secretly I think we all dream of having our own business.

A business is much better, of course. Sometimes you're not having the job that you dream, sometimes you just work to pay the bills, and that's the worst thing in the world. I like freedom and good money, and I think that you can handle your own business as ou want, with all the freedom that you want, but always working hard, of course. Well, Obviously you need to work harder than in a regular job, because you business is all up to you. But if you're doing what you enjoy is very pleasant actually, much more when you see the rewards. It's thousand times better to having you own business than a regular job.

It is better to have a business. But if you don't have the amount to start a business it is better to find a job first to save money for your business.
