Ebay you can buy things and make money from it as well. I end up buying things for cheap on Ebay such as DVDs, pins, posters, books, hair care products. The only problem is that sometimes things may take a length of time. I also make money from selling products there. I love Ebay more than Amazon. Amazon is another online shopping site.

I agree with you, i rather shop in ebay than amazon, the offers good price and most the item exact like on the picture. Most of the people don't know how to shop in ebay, thats why the said the item that they received doesn't match with the picture. There is information you need to read, if you feel unsure you can contact the seller directly. Go go ebay

I guess it all depends on the item that you're looking to purchase. Personally, I can find older and less common books a lot quicker - and at a cheaper price - on numerous other sites. On the other hand, I recently purchased a brand new radiator for $200 less than the garage fixing my car was willing to offer. And that is even after the cost of postage is taken into consideration.
So, in my opinion, while eBay is a great site, it can only be deemed the best in certain regards. Sure, it is the best in terms of allowing me to offer my unwanted items for sale; however - as stated above - it is not the best when it comes to the purchase of certain items, such as books.

Well, ebay is a platform in which anyone can sell their things. As for being the best, I guess its totally depends on the person. What is a great shop for one person can be a not so great one for another.
There are lots of shops online now, so, the best thing to do is look around and find the cheapest and the best for you. It has been so easy now that you can compare prices and well, features just by sitting in front of your computer. No more traipsing around different stores and writing down features and prices and manually compare them.
I love internet and online shopping.

Hi dmath,
That may be the case, for some. However I've read about horror stories about online shopping such as different product received than the one posted, no product delivered at all and a lot other scams imaginable. I am yet to make an online purchase from those stories.
If I find online shopping useful, it only to drool on my favorite items that I hope to have. It adds up to my knowledge that such items are existing and available for the those who can afford to buy it and for those who take the risk of parting with their hard earned cash online.
Maybe, I'll just have to take the trouble of going down to the store myself to get what I need for the meantime. I could also use the extra exercise and the appreciation of the outside world by going out of this hole I'm in, that is, If I have the money to do so.
