One problem in the world now is obesity, those who cannot diet and those who do not have the time to go to the gym and yet cannot afford to have liposuction resort to a much more affordable procedure nowadays. It is Rafio Frequency -- also a heating modality like the ultrasound to break the fats on certain body parts and will pass out the fats by urine or feces.
What can you say about this? Is it really effective?

Sounds dangerous and probably ineffective. There will always be someone offering a method that takes no effort, which is ridiculous. We are fat because we eat too much of the wrong food and we exercise too little. If RF waves would break down fat so our bodies would eliminate it, we'd all be skinny, considering how many radio frequency waves are in the air everywhere, all the time.

Sounds like just another gimmick to get your money to me. People listen to these shills and think they can lose weight by just taking a pill which won't work or buying a radio wave zapper which is ridiculous. All they're going to get out of radio frequencies or ultrasound is maybe a tingle. There is no way to 'melt' fatty tissue. It has to be surgically excised or burned off through the use of calories. So you have to use more calories than you take in. Ergo, diet and exercise.
