ARE YOU A TRUE MYLOTTER???? Is GAA listening??

I keep asking myself and other members why some people can never learn that myLot discussion is not for advertising, nor is it for referral hunting.
However, day in day out we see discussions after discussions about PTCs, hunting referrals - directly or indirectly. I came to the conclusion that It is not because those members don't know the guidelines, nor did they forget. THEY CHOSE TO VIOLATE GUIDLINES
WHY?? You may ask....it is simple. Because of us, Lotters who obligate them by joining under them. So, they get the result they want - referrals for their PTCs.
If I get three or four referrals for the discussion I started, I must feel pretty good - Why should I care that the discussion gets deleted?? So I will try again. So after a few deleted discussions, my account gets deleted too. So I re-registered and spam the discussion once more.
Now, my question is, are you a true myLotter, who wants the best for this site I come to love so much? Are you following the Guidelines? Following the Guidelines doesn't just mean that you don't violate them, it also means that you don't encourage those who violate them, IMHO!!! So, when you join a PTC advertised on myLot discussion, you are actually encouraging that member and others to violate the guidelines. Do you agree??
My request to GAA - Is there a way to curb it? May be re-registration should be more strict. Only allowed after admin reviewed their previous accounts/offences. Just my stupid idea and suggestion...
P.S: I am being extra careful on this, making sure I use 'Guidelines' instead of 'Rules'. I hope a certain Lotter is satisfied...

Unless myLot put moderaters/admins here 24/7 (something that they should consider now that myLot is expanding so fast) this problem will never be rectified. It has been here for as long as I can remember and irritates most of us, admins included probably

I have reported many discussions, and true that those discussions do get deleted. As you can probably see from some discussions, those members who does those things gets their job done - recruiting referrals. So what is going to stop them?? That is what concerns me. If they get their result, why would they stop? Or why shouldn't others do the same??

You are correct, those violations are deliberate, because the information is out there for all to see until the discussion is deleted. I am not sure, but it may remain online even after the discussion is deleted. Now there are some other types of violations that get perpetuated, even when pointed out, that have nothing to do with referrals. Now if someone has mentioned a site, not given a link and not asked for referrals, I may at least check it out.

I occasionally promote sites that pay me reliably, and if I get a referral or two from it, then great. I guess I do deliberately skirt the rules in doing that. But wouldn't you rather hear about a reliable site from a trusted friend on here than from some fly by night user who is ONLY here to get referrals and doesn't care about anything else?

There is always someone or something that is trying to mess up a good thing.. I come on not every day or even every week because of my scheulce.. But when I do come on I am here to write share my thoughts, ideas, and opinions.. The way Mylot was designed to be in the first place. I believe this rat game of making money online can be done but not here.. This is a place for writers and/or a site for some that are trying to earn a little money learning how to write in english.. and once and a while bump into a fellow mylotter that i enjoy reading their writing and I add them to my list and there is a friendship that could or could not transpire...

I am sad that it took me two days to catch up with your discussion but now it looks like I will be more attentive.
It is well known to many myLot members that I can be here all day and with no specific set amount of time. I have seen many veterans and new members tell the OP that they are violating the guidelines, the OP then says they do not care because by the time the violation is deleted they would have already captured the referrals which is their intentions.
So it is also my personal opinion with that and many other discussions that although our Alex/Admin does a great job that a moderator 24/7 is a definite must. There will be days that I myself will not be able to assist the way I do and so will many others and the quality of myLot will get tainted.
Not a stupid idea or suggestion at all, to be honest many of us have discussed this in full length in PM's.

Hello Zralte,
Unfortunately, that's something we can't handle as mylotters and something that admin and their bosses usually talked about but doesn't have always an affirmative action.believe me, i had my complaints and suggestions in the past but unfortunately most of them were un-answered.
It's their choice to violate and our prerogative to report and recommend their "deletion". i think some of these people have Double accounts, which are also another strong violation.
