I think, go on a diet, or jogging everyday. My cousin was very fat 5 months ago, but then she jogged everyday every morning and now, wow, she's sexy already. Or try not to eat after 6pm, as our metabolism is very slow during night. Stop eating chocolates, and don't drink milk it will make you fatter.

I've gained quite some weight this winter too. I wanna get rid of them before summer arrives. I've been running for quite sometime now and it has helped me. You should go running or a morning walk coz it helps. Don't walk slowly but a bit quicker than you usually do. It does help and you feel fresh too.

lol, yes maam :) i do the graveyard shift.. and right now Im trying to just move around the production floor.. but im so sleepy.. :) hope to practice the chair exercise.

omg you work from 7pm to 5am?? Is it a night job?? must be difficult then. You know what you should do, go to youtube and type in "chair exercise". There you can find exercises you can learn while you're on you desk doing your job.

I'm sure you can get your weight back down. There are many, many sites online with weight loss information, but the basic method is to quit eating food that is high in calories, and start exercising, even if it's only walking. Unless you have other health problems, you won't need a doctor. All you need is to make up your mind you're going to do it. My sister was grossly overweight and has trouble walking because she has bad knees. She decided she was going to lose weight and started limiting how much she ate and has lost about 40 pounds in the last three or four months. You can do it, too.

That's all she did - just limit what she ate. She started by eating more slowly and stopping as soon as she felt "not hungry." (NOT "full" but "not hungry") She allowed herself to eat whatever type of food she wanted within reason (no super size malted with a double order of fries!) and that's all she did, but she was consistent and dedicated to the idea.

I admire her will. She's a strong person. :'( not like me. I hate to see chocolates uneaten.. lol.. im so alarmed cuz im running to obesity.. :(

Don't be sad about your weight gain. It may be due to something such as an underactive thyroid so you may want to check this out with your doctor, especially if you have gained weight in a short length of time without eating any differently.
Other than that, all I can say is that no woman on the Planet is happy with their weight. Does Victoria Beckham look happy to you? No. Many so-called slim women are like her.
You can be sexy without having to resort to losing weight. I know that may sound hollow and not much help but try it..you might surprise yourself.

yes, in just 3 years Ihave gained a lot... it is very weird because I don't eat supper plenty, it's just some fattening food like chocolates will it double me? I wonder what doctor to go...

I do sympathise because I'm the same but I blame the fact that I am not working at the moment. Are you an active person by any chance? If not you may want to exercise a bit more.
I can't advise on doctors because I don't want to give you any wrong information. Do you have a doctor you see regularly?

Perhaps you need to try a zumba dance. Very fun and so likely. But you need to get to strict proper diet, and dont try to cheat it. Flutter kick is tough, yet very effective...

Don't cry just dedicated yourself to working out everyday and you will lose the weight in no time, do not try dieting that is not the way to go.

Hi,
thanks, I think I really need a companion to go to the gym religiously.. I have been members with all sorts of outstanding gym but never cared to visit regularly.. I even go just once a month in a 12 month membership.

You don't even have to go to the gym just stay active, outside especially. Running really helps and even walking.

You don't have to be slim to be sexy. If the right person loves you, you will be loved no matter how you look. I am well over 200 pounds, and about 5 feet 7 inches tall, and my husband thinks I'm the sexiest woman who ever existed, and that's all that counts. Just be happy with who you are, and if the rest of the world doesn't like you, it can go to hell!!

Don't be too upset.It happens to everyone. We all gain those fats at some point in our lives but the most important thing is how we feel inside. We should always try to feel pretty even when have those flabs. But if you really wanna change your outer look then try exercising and dieting. Just eat healthy, lessen soda intake, meat, junks, salty and fatty foods. Control the portions of your meal. Do not eat too heavy meals, try eating several light meals every 3 to 4 hours.. LIGHT meals! this will keep you away from over-eating. Most importantly is try to exercise or stretch even for just 25 minutes a day. This will only not give you physical changes but also it will make you feel good about yourself. We can take negative thoughts off our mind if we exercise more. I hope this helps :)

Yes you can i have been there and have now lost over 4 stone i stuck to 3 meals aday but those meals were not totally healthy meals or fat free but i only ate if i was hungry and stop when your full also try and chew each mouthful well before swallowing as this slower eating lets our normal im full signal trigger naturally as we are taking time for our bodies to respond also drink a glass of water before your meal often when we think we are hungry we are actually thirsty listen to your body we all tend to over ride our food thoughts and eat all we want even when we are full.also i only eat fruit,cereal,and salad between meals if im peckish.i hope these tips help and if you have support from family it would also help.

this is wonderful, I will do my best to practice them. Specially chewing the food properly and drink water as I am sometimes confused with thirst from hunger. The cereals and fruits are always part of my meal. I love you advise :)

I'm unhappy with my weight either. I gained so much when I Was pregnant with my son, although half of it has gone within 3 months but I'm still carrying the other half, besides, I want to be slim agian, I also feel it is very uncomfortable to have the thick love handle... I hate that, I feel gross when I lye down and have to squesh up myself to get up sometimes...

If you want to get slim, you have to be serious about it. Try dieting and doing exercises more often. I know it's really hard but if you want to lose some weight, you must have the will to do it.

I agree.. I wish I have a coach who can remind me or a friend who will influence me not to eat much :)
