If you study hard in high school, you can get a scholarship here in Canada. Also you can pay into a program where your parents starts paying a little each month and that program will pay for 4 years of your education if you do well in the first semester in college.

Well you can always apply for scholarships, and Grants. These you never pay back.

Well, there are many avenues of help that poor families can seek in order to get financial assistance with regard to education. Therefore, I would disagree that studying is only for the rich. In fact, the truth cannot be further from this. Education has become a necessity for the majority of us in a knowledge-oriented global economy nowadays.

By applying for scholarships and getting financial aide for help. Or by going to school part-time and working part-time

There are millions who are studying in open university some of which are run by governmental agencies. You have to pay fees and get the study materials. After studying, take exams and when you are through, you get your degree.
In regular colleges, there are freeships, scholarships, sponsorships. If need be people can avail loans from the Banks which they can repay, after getting the jobs and become earner.

this is really a tough question, especially if the person cannot apply to a scholarship (like how it is in my country)
