When any ptc or other sites pay you very good amount for click or doing some other works then do you think that the site could be scam? Recently i have join 3 ptc sites where i do earn lot and i saw so many payment proof but still i feel that the sites are scam as they really pay very very high and good. Did you every experience such a situation? What do you think about it?

I tried a few high paying sites and spent a lot of time to reach their minimum payment requirement and guess what? I did not get paid! If this tells you something then stay away from scammers. You can also do a search to see the forums and reviews on who's saying what about high paying sites.
HYIPs don't pay either, but they do use your name in their 'paid' list and even when you email them to inform that you have not received any payment and to remove your name off their list it just falls onto deaf ears.

O.K. I checked out Ucashbox-I need to pay $9 and in order to get paid I need at least another 5 people to join under me. The site was established sometimes in 2010 so it's not only a new site but if I am not wrong it's owned by the same people who own Alertpay, Liberty cash, Neobux and some other sites. For me any site where I have to pay first to get paid in return is not worth trying. The only sites that I try where I have to pay first are within $1 range and if I don't get paid I don't feel too bad.
The second site 'feedycash' is actually quite new and has started in 2011 and asking for $19 to start (see the catch first they start with $9 to see how many people are interested and then the same people start another site with double the amount). I have my reasons to know that these sites are also connected to each other.
If you really want to do this then make a group of 5 people (friends/family) to send $1 or $5 to one person (decide who gets the money first) and then move on to the next person and so on. With 4 people under you, you will receive $20 + $5 of your own. Use paypal to make transfers since it's free to transfer from one paypal user to another paypal user. Now for second person, your $5 + $5 from other three friends and the receiving person's $5 will give hime $25 in his pocket. There must be tremendous amount of trust and people would have to be ready to continue the cycle because sometimes after they receive their money, they think it's not worth it for them to go through this.

I joined a few sites like that a long time ago. Most of them are profit sharing sites and if the site doesn't get any profit for the month, no one gets paid. Those that do get paid are only paid a percentage of the profits. Just out of curiosity, are the payment proofs just a list of payments made or are they actually screen shots of those payments? When I ran a site, if someone made a site donation, it was still listed as a payment made even though no money changed hands. I think that on the profit sharing sites, it shows the amount that was in the person's account when they were paid rather than showing the amount the person actually received. I'm basing that on what I observed with my own admin panel so if there are any admins who run this kind of site, maybe you can set me straight.
Back to your question. If I see a site with such high payments, I stay away from them because I know I will never get paid.
