You can try chocolate some times, It's more delicious with cream

It is true of dark chocolate. Chocolate has antioxidants which help lower blood pressure and damage that can lead to heart disease. Not so with milk chocolate or white chocolate, since milk interferes with the absorption of antioxidants found in the chocolate.
But, in this case, more is not better. You have to moderate your intake. It still has a bunch of calories.

Too much of anything these days certainly do contribute to heart attacks as we have been told. Today we may hear coffee can then tomorrow we hear about how much it can help.
So kind of confusing and best to always speak to our doctors about good nutrition and exercise.
