if i add rental balance to neobux from alertpay,can i withdraw it ?

assume i am adding rental balance to neobux from alertpay account and can i use that balance to withdraw from neobux to paypal? is it possible?

I am confused Rental balance cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used for upgrade or for renting referrals. That is my understanding.

Just try funding your rental balance from paypal then fund again from your alertpay and after you accumulated the funds to withdraw back to paypal.. that way you are safe and used 2 payment processors. Thats how to do..
