I'm just here in my room Saturday and Sunday. I did not go out just to buy foods. I have tried all kinds of instant, like instant noodles, spaghetti, baked mac, soap, etc. I know this is not healthy but my laziness took over since its rest day and its raining heavily. I really don't want to go out.

I remember my college days, living in a bording house. i am too lazy to cook or go to wet market to buy something to cook, i chose instant foods, which is really no good, it caused me hyper acidity and kidney problems. I stopped eating those kind of foods, but until now i am suffering high acid and need to take meds from time to time.

Eating too much "instant foods" or anything processed is not healthy. It has preservatives, which they claim that accumulation of it can cause cancer. So try to avoid those "instant foods". Instead stock your refrigerator or table with fruits and vegetables and salad dressings. Should you get hungry, make a salad. The dressing will do the trick of making them delicious.

I guess you could look at it like you were trying to use up all the stuff you had at the house without buying more. That makes it look more like a frugile choice rather than an eating problem! lol!

Hi, It is not good to eat too much instant food everyday and just wondering why you are so lazy to come out from your room. Don't you feel bored wholeday inside your room,or maybe there is something that attract your attention ,that is why you can stay your room for this few days. I can't stand staying inside my room for one whole day, I feel tired and bored. I like to be out and have some fresh air instead of staying inside the house.

It's ok to eat "instant" once in a while. I was actually like you before, and even worse! cause I eat "instant" almost everyday. but since then i always feel bloated and weak. But now i changed my diet to something healthy. If I may suggest, please do store nutritious food in your ref, so if its your "lazy" day, you wont have to chunk on junk. Have a nice day!

That's alright for a short while. I just don't like the instant things as I make everything from scratch; stuff I've already got on the shelves. If I'm not in the mood to cook 'big', I'll soak some dried beans, then cook them with a potato or so and cook up enough to last for a day or so. I keep the cabinets stocked with enough stuff that is not instant that I can manage for almost a week if necessary.

Next time, you should stock some healthy foods. Just buy them before you go home so that when your rest day comes, you can prepare something healthy. Instant foods are not healthy especially noodles. Aside from it's salty, it has some ingredients not good for the body.

You can do that once in a blue moon. I also have done that before but I feel bloated afterwards and weak. I would think that during rainy days we crave to eat salty foods.
