Do you forget to remove the tag of your new dress

I do never forget to remove tag of my new dress. But i saw so many chinese people who forget to remove it. I am not sure do they really forget or they think it's fashionable or something else. As i saw many people that they don't remove the tag. First when i saw i was with my best friends and i was laughing with her. But now a days frequently i saw that.So i feel they don't forget it as so many people can't do same mistake. So do you forget to remove the tag of your dress?

I can maintain my dresses very carefully.
I do not use to carry the tags along the dress.
I should remove them in the time of wearing (first time only).

Hardly I forget it, unless I need to return it to the store for a replacement.
I usually take the tag off then put it in the laundry bin. It is really quite irritating specially on the neckline if you don't take it off.

It is easy to do this, I have done it once lucky I had a friend with me that pointed it out to me, could have been embarrassing..

The only way I see anyone leaving it there is if they forgot or they are planing on returning it back to the store. I somehow cannot imagine anyone thinking it is fashionable, it would not make sense.
I don't see how anyone can think that leaving it makes some kind of statement. It would seem odd to me.
