All the people suffered from earthquakes should be helped by the world,especially the communication companies,Skype is the type,it's set a great example,wonderful!

I think that is a wonderful idea. I know that a lot of people would originally want to call but hesitate because of the cost. For them to give free calls like this, really shows that they are willing to do what they can to help whoever they can. Great job to them!!

Thanks for the information youless. After I had a brief watch at the linked site I know roughly that this is for Skype client only and it is effective via Tom-Skype4.0 or 4.2 edition. If I'm not mistaken each ID is allowed to make a single call only. This is to give opportunity to all the users. I appreciate the company has done such a good deed to offer its clients free call to contact their dear and close ones in the two mentioned places
Several airline companies here today also announce to offer free tickets for 29 persons and some others who stay in Fukushima or nearby areas back to homeland

their calls. What a horrid time Japan has had and is still having
I hope all countries who can will send aid, and food, clothing all the things that those hit the hardest will need.
