Doing exercise to keep healthy

I'm an online marketer. I seat everyday at my office. I move very little. I usually feel asleep and tired. I only want to lie down and watching TV when I go home. I even don't like to go out for entertainment. I realize the problems of my health. So, I have begun to do exercise. I walk about 30 minutes every morning from 5:30AM. And I have trained Yoga with a program on television at 6:30AM. I feel better than before. I don't feel sleepy although I get up early. And my pains decrease day by day. It's wonderful! Doing exercise to keep healthy!

I also started exercising last week when we were made to go home from work early, because of the tsunami alert. Then , i followed it up with one again the Sunday after that. However, until now i haven't followed it up with one anymore. I am already exhausted when i go home at night and sometimes i forget that i have to exercise, i would eat snack at 5:30 , so i postponed exercising when i go home at 6:00 because my stomach is still full. So, i never get to exercise anymore after the last time and tonight, i can't again because my friend will be treating me to an Eat all you can Japanese restaurant.

You can try to do exercise on morning, my friend. It only take about 30 minutes everyday.

You will have time to exercise if you get up at 5:30 am. I am up at 4:00 every morning to prepare breakfast and get everybody out of the home by 6 am. I don't like to get up so early but I don't have any choice. Now I can say that I don't have the time to exercise, but I cant say that because I don't work and spend all day on the computer at home. I just do not like to exercise even although I know that its good for me. I will talk myself into doing it now and again but it never lasts long. I am just lazy when it comes to exercise, and I know it.

I can't do it in the morning because i have to be at work before 8:00 am. I still have to prepare breakfast , bathe and prepare myself. In fact, i have to wake up at 6:00 to do them all so that by 7:30 i can take the jeepney to work.

Can you exercise for me too? I just don't take the time to exercise. I know I probably should but I would rather go to work. So I do. I've found that if I don't exercise first thing in the morning I don't exercise at all. I dread the thought of having to go exercise all day and then I just don't go.

I'm too before. However, this thoughts make me fatter and tummy. Besides, my health is weak more. So, I must try to do exercise. I would like that my body will look tidy when I'll be 50 years old.

I've never been nice and tidy. Even when I was play sports all the time. I guess it's in my genes. My entire family is built big. I'm not fat but I'm not small either.

That is very good. I am an office worker too, sitting in front of the computer in the office all day long. So, I do need exercizing as regularly as I can. So, after I get back home from work, if the weather is favorable, I go out to the park near my house and go jogging, for atleast about 30 minutes. That very much refreshes me.

Great! I also want to do like you. However, 5:00PM is quite late in my country. I must go to market and cooking. So, I can't do exercise on noon. I only have free time at the early morning. Wish you're always healthy!

What you said is right,for those of us office worker,our carry momentum is too little ,we are lack of exerise of a group of people who,long-term such to our health is very influential,therefore,we should try to increase our workout,exercise more and keep healthy!

I always believe that health is all. We can do every thing if we're strong. If we're weak, we can't do them.

yes..i am 1 hundred percent believe u..exercise is really important to be healty..especially being fit.. fitness is essential..especially as u getting older. u will tired easily.unless u exercise regularly..

My job is also use my computer whole day. I eat little food because I have stomache disease for years. Everyday I got up at 6:40,then have my breakfast at 7:00,go a walk for ten minutes for bus, it took me half an hour on the bus reach the place I worked. I worked until 17:30.I don't do any exerise.Maybe I should do any to keep my health?

Yes, I think so. Doing exercise is good for health. It also help to keep our youth If you have stomache disease, you can try with lightly doing exercise. I think you'll be better.

Yes this is something I need to do too, I hear walking is the best thing you can do but it is just getting the energy and to get off the computer to do it.

I must seat much everyday because my job. I only walk on early morning before to to work. If we try to arrange the time, we can work and doing exercise.

I gained a lot after giving birth to my second child...it was so hard for me to move...taking stairs makes me grasps for air...buying clothes was so difficult cause i wanted something good but doesn't fit well...since recently i started losing weight, less carbohydrates, exercising at least 30 mins a days...jogging every morning... I really lose my weight and the stairs that i'm climbing, i easier to climb...never grasps for air anymore...really sweating and stretching those muscles, will give energy... i'm happy! ;)

I also work facing the computer for 8 hours. So I really don't do anything but just sit and face the computer and type. Fortunately for me, I live in a place where it is around 500 meters away for the main road where I get to ride a jeepney to the office so everyday I walk for 10-15 minutes going out of the subdivision since I don't have a car. That is my only means of exercise I do almost everyday.

This is my problem. I tell myself that I will excercise and I do it only for a couple of days. I cant do it regularly. This is why I am getting a round tummy

Yes excercise is fantastic! I am an office worker and being at a desk all day without excercise is not good! For last few months i have been full on into my excercises and loving it! I am so addicted to excercising now, i excercise about 4 to 5 times a week! We have a little gym set up in our garage with the tv on and its great. I work on the cross trainer, weights and sit ups, lunges etc, i feel so much better than i did before and now have more energy too!
