Being a small child I absolutely loved the Pirtates of the Caribbean films. They are daft, unlikely and ham acted in parts; but the effects are stunning and I loved all that period stuff. I'm not sure that I would have wanted to be a pirate though. Too precarious a lifestyle. But just for a minute I shall dream. I can see me in my cocked hat and bandana, a large silver earring and a padded coat. Mt breeches tucked into barber's pole stockings and huge silver buckles on my shoes. But I do wish someone would do something about this blooming parrot. Do you fantasise about being in a movie?

I like those movies, too, they're a lot of fun!
I don't often fantasize about being in the movie situations but when something does make me wishful, it's inevitably and action scene with a strong woman kicking the bad guys' butts and never breaking a sweat doing it. I'd love to have a body and skills like that but even as a young woman they would be out of my reach! Of course, I know it's all just stunts interspersed with lots of rest!

I too loved those films. We have them here on DVD and they are great for the whole family to sit down and watch together. I would love to be in a movie. I have been an extra in a few TV shows, but never a movie. That will happen one day though, I am sure of it!

I would play the heroin after watching each movie or drama, for a while, even though it was only on my head. I like the story to grow and I can write the additional script and act myself.

ha ha...you sound like my younger son!
He's in pirate mode now...singing 'Yo Ho Hee Hee Hee...pirate life is the one for me'! You should see him dressed like a pirate (no hat)...it's hilarious and THIS pirate doesn't scare anyone...he is an adorable pirate...with a twinkle in his eye:)

I love Pirates of the Caribbean films!
The joys of living with an Actor. I get to see him in action on several occasions. At times while sitting there of course I am sitting there fantasizing how much better I would be as the leading lady. LOL!

I don't fantasize about being in the movie, but I do about being able to do the things I see. Like watching a figure skater twirl so gracefully, I fall flat on my butt ha!! things like that. I do try not to dwell on what I don't have/can't do though, better to enjoy what you can do/have.
