Broiling, grilling, and baking are the best methods.

I rather have my red meats broiled. Even grilled. Or bake. Either of the three methods are the best. I rather not choose frying at all. Since fried stuff are not good. Fried foods contain fats that are bad for the circulation. So I very much rather broil or even bake my red meats. I could even broil fish, like salmons and haddocks. Since seafoods have great source of omega three fatty acids. I bet most fresh from the sea foods frozen in stores are wicked expensive. So I rather choose what is the cheapest. Well, for me, I am not trying to be sneaky about it at all. For oil, I will choose mostly Canola. Don't forget Canola. The good cholesterol and good fats. For me, I rather not even choose southern fried crap at all. Not even fast fried foods at all. Well, Burger King and McDonald's are the examples of greasy food crap. Even Waffle House has greasy stuff. So at home I rather have my own home broiled red meats with veggies fresh from freezing. Anyone with thoughts is encouraged to respond here.

I like to have themeat on the grill a lot! I like the grill taste, the last time I had grilled meat was a T-bone grilled steak at home, it was yummmmmmmmmmmmy!

I'm not much into red meats but will eat a good steak or a pot roast occasionally. The steak gets broiled and the pot roasts are done in the crock pot. I eat a lot of fish and fowl and bake, broil or grill. Can't wait for spring/summer now as I will be doing most of my meals on an outside grill. I love to use the charcoal with different wood chips. Those gas grills just can't give the same flavor as the charcoal. If I do any frying, it is a stir-fry. Then I use the canola oil or a good olive oil. Mostly olive oil as it results in a better flavor to my veggies. I usually buy the garlic olive oil or get the plain and then drop in some minced garlic.
