I believe that vitamin E is usually the one most associated with benefits for the skin. Vitamin C is vitally important to a healthy balanced lifestyle though. I think I am right in saying that we do not naturally produce vitamin C in our bodies, the only source is the food we eat. This is one of the reasons we are constantly being encouraged to eat more fruit and veg.
Most fruits and vegetables contain a certain amount of vitamin C, and oranges are a popular choice.

But there are clinics, they are applying vitamin c (for facial therapy) for a good looking skin. They said vitaminC can help our skin glowing.

Our skin is the largest organ, and yes it does need more vitamins than we could even imagine - vitamin c, d, e, and so on. we should really care for our skin by being careful with what we put on our skin, what we use as our soap... vitamin c helps repairs our skin and restores the skin to be as it was. =)
