ashok1 Herbal medicines are without side effects. For all kinds of diseases herbal medicines are very safe. But the time taken to cure a particular disease is more. For acidity problems it is better to take herbal medicines.

ashok1 Doctors used to tell that cough is of two types. One is because of cold and the other one is because of allergy. Mostly if you have cold you will have severe cough at night times, but if you have cough during day time means it is mainly due to allergy.

ashok1 Natural way is always good to lead a healthy life. Include lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Dont skip your breakfast. Keep regular eating time and sleeping time. Do atleast 30 minutes of exercises.
