ljames85 To bad i do not have a mac. Somedays this would be very useful.for me. I find the days that i actually meed to do things i find a way to get tied up on facebook. Days i have nothing to do i dont want to go on it at all.

ljames85 Thank-you.... Yes it took just about a year and a few bad seeds and realizing at certain points that i was not ready. I feel i am fully ready now which is a nice feeling.

ljames85 Good job success stories are always nive to hear. Weight loss is a tedious task that takes a lot of drive and motivation. We hit points where we feel that it is just not working. But trust yourself and keep going and you will succeed its mind over matter....
