ljames85 Thank-you.... Yes it took just about a year and a few bad seeds and realizing at certain points that i was not ready. I feel i am fully ready now which is a nice feeling.

ljames85 I cant agree more. That feeling is hard to find and when you have it hold on as long as you can as it is hard to replace. It is possible to replace but can be difficult. Thank-you. I enjoyed your participation in the discussion :-)
