Hi sql_cell,
Sweet foods like candies, chocolate, cake, and ice cream should be eaten with self-control. If eaten too much than what the body actually needs, it causes illness like tooth decay, diabetes, obesity and other ailments. Maybe, one piece or one slice is enough, and not more than. Self-control is important.

you can't, lol. it's so sad really. the only way to really enjoy them without hurting your health is just to eat fruit. fruit can be very good once you get use to eating it again. we get no vitamins or nutrition from eating that junk, even though i love it.

Yes, indeed everyone of us loves sweet food, including sweets itself. But, we should always consume them in balance to avoid health problem. Consuming too much sugar can caused diabetes problem, in the long run. And it is sad to see people who are having diabetes. They need to consume medicine daily and having many kinds of health problems as well. My mother had got diabetes when her age was only 30 plus. I am really sad to see that she can't enjoy her life like normal people.
